The owner (man) is one of the nicest guys I've met. He is very kind and respectful and I've literally noticed him give free candy to a girl when her mom didn't have any change in her purse. He's always ensuring that great customers who are polite and respectful will get the best treatment they deserve.

Please also kindly listen to him when he mentions the update on the return of package delivery and when it's collected. His English might not be so fluent so please be patient and understand him. He's truly a nice guy.

They don't pick up the phone. And when they finally do, the fax machine comes on and they hang up. When you try again, the fax is still connected and they continue to ignore the calls. Incompetent, complacent people.

Worst convenience store. No respect for customers. The store staff or the manager or owner whatever she is...her acquaintances threatened us, bullied us and abused us in front of our toddler. We did a big mistake by getting our photos from this store. Looks like she keeps such people on purpose. I don't understand why she involves other people for the business between her and the customers. If there is a minus rating, I would have given it. So unethical and lack of empathy. Please do not visit this store ever.

Store signs and website say it opens at 10am. No one has shown up. Standing and waiting to drop off my pkg. No one answers the phone either. Very unprofessional.

Just as the posts below say, this store is HORRIBLE. The man yelled and swore at my mother and followed her outside. All because we had packages on a Saturday, he has so no respect. If he can't accept packages, why's his store a drop off point? He should have apologized for the inconvenience. I will be escalating this, this is not OK & not how you treat customers
especially seniors. If anyone wants to report him, respond to this comment. The man is nasty and dangerous. We will NEVER go back.. avoid this place at all costs!

I'm never going back to this store, seriously! The owner is a total scammer！！！！We went there to make copies of some docs, and asked the owner about the price upfront, and he said it's gonna be $0.15 per page. But guess what? When we got our copies, he charged us $0.5 per page instead! We ended up paying $12.5 for just 25 pages! It's outrageous, and he can't be trusted! This store is definitely going on my blacklist!
