As good as it gets in terms of customer service. Michelle was awesome - she took the time to help me try on a few pieces and was super knowledgeable on the equipment and local hikes. Even though the store didn’t have the specific jacket on hand that I was looking for, she spent the time helping me figure out what I need moving forward. The services like patch-work that the store provides would be great to take advantage of. Thank you!

The team at this location is amazing. Not only are they friendly, personable, and very eager to help, but they are also incredibly knowledgable of the product and answered all of my friend and I's questions. Mitch was our main sales associate and he was THE guy. He knew everything he needed to know (and maybe even more) and was able to recommend us the best jacket for our needs. The entire team was generous enough to help even though we stayed past closing hours due to our questions, and not once did we feel pressured to leave as we were contemplating our purchase. We both walked away with a jacket that we're so happy with and left feeling really cared for and well-informed. We loved the atmosphere of the team, the space, and left with a (clearly) great impression of this branch. Thank you so much once again!

I cannot say enough good things about Nelson, Taylore and Maddy! I came into the store today for repair of my Alpha SV and two pairs of Gore-Tex pants. Amazing service to keep gear in circulation...the amount of care they took in repairing the damage I did, all for free, made me so confident in continuing to purchase from a company that backs up their product with a great warranty and service.

While patiently waiting, I observed...truthfully...just honest staff...all passionate about the outdoors, all helping customers without being pushy or insincere. Thank you all again for being so kind and helpful...you are amazing at what you do!

And for those that don't know...this location offers repair of Arcteryx products using a unique system that repairs holes and tears (way better then just patching it). They even test it for water repellancy/ waterproofness using a water pressure calibrated device! I bet Nelson spent 2 hrs today working on my three pieces of clothing!

The staff at this store were amazing. I went in today with my 10-year old Goretex rain shell. It was totally failing and the goretex material had delaminated. The staff quickly did the required water test and confirmed in about 5 minutes it had failed in numerous spots. Within another 10 minutes they had issued me a $500 credit for a new jacket (the purchase price of my old jacket) went and got all the Goretex rain shells in my size for me to try, as well as other layers to try for fit underneath, and patiently waited while I farted around trying them all and asked everyone in the store their opinion of colour. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a $600 brand new shell for only $100. I'm so pumped! Arc'teryx is definitely with all the pennies with customer service like this!
