Located inside Vaughan Mills shopping mall, this store can be fairly busy. The staff can be helpful depending on how many customers there are... After all, there are limited number of staff and I'm sure they are selecting who best to serve.
The staff was helpful though and offered some advice.
The store layout is good and really is a nice and pleasant place to walk into.
Clothing itself is stylish. Another reviewer writes that the clothing is provocative, but it all depends upon how you layer it and wear it. All clothing can be provocative if worn in the wrong manner. Personally like the look. Cutting is very nice. Material top notch.

We had nothing but a fantastic experience at this store. It has a bakery! And it’s huge! We were greeted by about 3 staff asking if we need help but it was the last one we dealt with. She was amazing and I wish I got her name. My daughter told her what she wanted and she came up with a bunch of clothes for her. The service in the fitting room was fantastic as well. I even got offered a coffee or water while waiting for my daughter to try on the clothes.

We will come back to this Vaughn Mills location for sure.

The staff is so helpful & friendly
The change rooms are spacious but I think they need mirrors inside each change room . Not everyone is comfortable coming out into an open area where men are sitting & watching. Especially the young girls like my daughter feel uncomfortable. Other than that, it’s a great store

Had the best experience! Nerary helped me find a cute pastal outfit for a party I am attending and Mariam was wonderful in the fitting room 😀 I can't wait to come back because of those two!

The associates are very quick to ring you out, as if there is a giant line behind you, you look back and there is literally no one. The girls talk to you as if they are your manager and you are under performing at work. Terrible customer service unless you’re very clear you’re buying items over $200, otherwise be expected to be treated like gum on the sidewalk. No one is really helping you find your size or item and it feels more like you’re a bother to them. Even the ladies at the Toronto Premium Outlets were much sweeter, and their location is much busier. The cafe experience was lovelier at Yorkdale and Easton’s centre. The cafe at Vaughn mills feels like you’re drinking coffee in a parking lot in a warehouse, no cute views.

Super impressive and one of the most beautiful clothing outlet stores in Vaughan Mills and in any of the malls and perhaps one of the best ever. Awesomely beautiful decoration and next level aesthetics.
Great quality clothing selection.

I recently had a very disappointing shopping experience at Aritzia. I picked out about ten items to try on and needed some assistance. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the salesperson who initially helped me. When I asked another employee at the entrance, she was quite rude, which was frustrating.

I decided to buy some of the items and return the ones that didn’t fit. As I was leaving, I overheard a white female employee saying “horrible” right after I walked past her. When I turned around, she gave me a fake smile. This made me feel extremely upset and disrespected. It felt like there was a clear racial bias, which is very concerning.

On a positive note, there was an Asian-looking employee named Aura who was very helpful throughout my visit. Her assistance was greatly appreciated.

Overall, this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll shop at Aritzia again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue with the staff involved.

Typically, people say they'd be afraid shopping at Aritzia because some reps could look snobbish, but Nerary proved otherwise.
