So you want to know if you should buy a car here? We'll, short answer....Yeah, I'd recommended.

My experience included searching online for good deals, where I found arrow motors; doing a LOT of research; and finally checking out vehicles. I stumbled on a 2023 Ford Maverick about $4,000 less then anywhere else (thats good👌).

My sales man, Abe was super informative about numbers and passionate about finding the right car for you. The process took me 7 days total, from research to ownership. Arrow motors was awsome when it came to working around my schedule to pick up my (new to me) vehicle.

A few things to note;

When I got home I found 2 very small - 1 inch dents on the hood. (My fault for not seeing it, they're hard to notice)

The price on the vehicles are hugely non negotiable, a few hundred maybe. Unlike dealerships in london, arrow motors do NOT price the vehicles up so when you come in "you get a deal".

After I purchased my vehicle, I received an amazing cookie from Abe. It was truly an amazing act that you don't usually see from London dealerships.

A week later and I haven't had any issues with my vehicle, so that's good! I will keep this post active if anything pops up!

A huge shout out to Abe and the sales team for being genuine, you don't see a lot of that these days!

I just bought a new to me Mazda from Arrow Motors in Aylmer. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Abe Peter was waiting for me at the door, welcomed me, introduced me around and made me feel like I matter. The finance guy Travis, was equally as welcoming. The answered all my tedious questions and spent additional time ensuring that I was happy. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and will be back to have my vehicle serviced.

First of all I absolutely hate vehicle shopping but we had an amazing experience with Abe and Travis at Arrow Motors purchasing my VW Golf gti. Amazing real people, not just sales people putting on a show to get you to buy something (I've dealt with plenty). They were more than happy to answer every question I had and even dealt with me after hours when I had questions. Abe took me around the entire vehicle pointing out every little detail and made sure I took the time to look at everything as well. To top it off we got a huge cookie as well! Thank you Arrow Motors for making our purchase enjoyable and stress free!

I purchased a new car here and was pleased with the service. I felt like everyone was friendly and very supportive during the process. Unfortunately, when I returned due to a strange alert on my screen the service was not what I was expecting. I was disappointed with the service I received when I popped in. I understand I did not have an appointment, but my car had made me miss work, and I wasn't sure I could turn it off because the alert said to keep it running, so drove straight there. I felt like even though nothing could be done in that moment, looking at my car or offering reassurance/a google search/ or sending someone out to look at it would have eased my mind a bit until they could schedule me in (which wasn't offered).

*EDIT- I recently connected with someone at Arrow Motors and shared this experience. I was blown away by the engagement, the understanding and the level of customer service. I don’t think sharing a negative personal experience is a bad thing, it’s opportunity for business to learn and do better… and that seems to be what happened here.

**EDIT # 2 - I have been back to arrow motors and I have been very pleased with the service I have received. I did not want to take this post down because my experience still happened, but the interactions I have had following that one have been positive and very helpful so I wanted to share that. I think that reviews can be very helpful for businesses to see customer perceptions regardless of intent or if they are short staffed. 🙂

A very disappointing experience with Arrow Motors. After multiple conversations and texts where I clearly indicated that I would be paying cash, when it came to finalizing the deal, I was told that the cash price would be higher. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he was in a meeting , but that he would return my call. When I did not hear from him, I called back and was informed that he was out of town until the end of the week. Very odd. In all, poor customer service.
