Di solito quando vorrei comprare prodotti persiani vengo qui ! Alcuni di persone che lavorano sono molto gentili alcuni no !
Prezzi sono buoni e accettabile
Cibo rispetto a prezzo buono, unica problema grande , quando ali agha non c'è , altre persone non riescono a cucinare bene pollo ( ketf ) e dentro rimane crudo con sangue

Mohammad' store has many wonderful Persian items including meals to go. Prices very good, friendly people and don't forget the fresh pistachios!!!
We come here every time we can from Ottawa. Fresh bread as well.

من تجربه خرید و بی احترامی که در این فروشگاه ارزان به همسرم شده رو اینجا به اشتراک میگذارم.
قطعا اولین موضوع مهم برای یک فروشگاه احترام و حس خوب دادن هست که تنها کاری که این فروشگاه نمیکنه.
بررسی بگ اونم بعد از خرید و پرداخت امروز دیگه با پیشرفت تکنولوژی و این همه پرسنل مستفر در زوایای مختلف فروشگاهی در ابعاد ارزان، واقعا بیشتر منفی هست تا مثبت.
حالا چک کردید و نکته ای ندیدید ، عذر خواهی حداقل شکل درک و شعور و احترام هست. که این مجموعه به جای احترام و عذر خواهی راه حلشون اینه که دیگه به این فروشگاه نیایید ! قطعا ! شما هم مشتریان خودتون رو تک تک از دست خواهید داد ! متاسفم برای این همه سال تجربه ای که منجر به احترام و درک مشتری نشده.

I am sharing my experience of shopping at this Arzan store and the disrespect my spouse encountered. Clearly, the most important aspect for any store is to show respect and make customers feel valued—something this store completely fails to do. The practice of checking bags after purchase, especially in today’s age of advanced technology and with so many inattentive staff members scattered throughout the store, ends up being more negative than positive. If they check and find nothing, at the very least, an apology should be offered as a sign of understanding, decency, and respect. Instead, this establishment simply tells you not to return, and they will undoubtedly lose every single one of their customers. I am truly disappointed. after all these years of experience, you haven't managed to earn the respect and understanding of your customers.

I purchased a handmade dairy product from this store, and the expiration date was March 9th. Today is March 3rd. When I got home, I noticed that the product smelled strange and had a bitter taste. I returned it to the store and inquired about their quality control measures. They informed me that they purchase those products from unqualified businesses. Just a heads up: be cautious and avoid buying dairy products from stores without proof of quality control. I gave the second star for their polite behaviour and honesty.

Yesterday I bought two items 1- Ashe shole galamkar 2- Haleem.
Both items were disgusting and absolutely lowest quality.
I would never suggest anyone buy at least theses two foods item. And I will never will shop myself from that store. Ripping off customers is absolutely my red line.

I always purchase Gheymeh from Arzon supermarket which I like the taste, however I got Barg Kebab this time which was really bad. I liked the Baghali poli rice, but the kebab was too DRY and was not fresh and juicy. Overall it has a good service, but the kebab was uneatable. However, I love the Gheyme and customer service!!
