It has been a few years since I had last visited Asian Supermarket. I stopped by to order both the Chicken Satay sub and Bánh Mì burger, both tasted delicious. I really like how much work the owners have put into their business, it's very open and nicely organized. There's also a huge selection of items. The atmosphere feels very positive as well. I'm definitely coming back more frequently.

Wasn't really impressed. Only place in town like this. They don't even carry Chinese cellophane paper to wrap a fruit basket. Nothing for gift giving. Lucky Candy is what I was sold. The staff on floor dud does not understand English very well ask for Chinese Cellophane gift wrapping paper. She took me to some kind of food. I said sorry it's not food explained it's for wrapping a gift/ present. " Takes me to more food .. lol
Then go to till to pay for candy. 1 Asian man paying for items. He was 27 cents short. He told her he didn't have any more. She tells him, "You have a credit card ,put it on there." Omg ! 27 cents ! It's Christmas Eve ! I sad to him just go for God's sake, I will pay your 27 cents .. Merry Christmas .. he bows and says ty so much." Merry Christmas to you, too."
I gave her a toonie,she couldn't make change for God sake .. lol, so I put a quarter and nicklw down on the counter and asked for my loonies back and told her to keep the change. Pd for my candies. Chuckling to myself as I left , 27 cents on Christmas Eve !

Well run store, has tons of unique items that seem to be scarce in Lethbridge. Been shopping here since we moved to town 2 years ago. Hope its open for Years to come.

Great selection of Mexican ingredients from a variety of dried and canned chilies to horchata, and everything you need to make your own tortillas, though they also sell ready to eat tortillas in little paper packages. I have the feeling one could also prepare pozole with the products available in the store

Great store with huge variety from fresh to powder to packaged foods, candies, spices, and produce. They have a good variety of fish, and meats and also those sweet treats like purple yam ice cream sorbets and fun drinks to try. At the front they carry other items like hair products, skin whitening, cooking gear and more. When you're paying why not also get yourself an instore made bubble tea!! You won't regret checking this location out 🙂

I love this place. I go here to buy international chips because I like to taste the different flavors. Kind of a chip junkie. I'm giving a 3 star because I bought a few bags of chips that were a few months past best before and a bag of cheezies that were 2 years!!!*** past the best before. My kids still ate them, they dont know any better though. I fully understand that some international food is difficult to get and I dont mind having something a month or two past it's best before, but these things do go extremely stale after a while. Please check your stock, I'll be checking beat before dates in your store more often and will bring them to the counter for disposal. Maybe you could offer discounted prices on the old stock.
