Always a pleasure to shop here i can always find what I'm looking for here and the staff is so friendly. Today they were doing a customer appreciation bbq with free hot dogs . Yummy ? keep up the great work superstore!

The staff here is wonderful. Big shout out to Gina, Lauren and Shannah. They always go above and beyond to help the customers. I also use PC express alot and it makes life so much easier in these busy times.

It used to be a good store and most of the staff are still great here. But the self checkout now has a whole page of complicated instructions, and people checking everything you put in the cart. They also have a new stainless steel barrier system with gates that alarm if you go through them to get a cart.

The whole store is built is like a prison system not a supermarket and it's oppressive and depressing. I get that there is probably a shoplifting problem but the answer is not to treat all of the customers like criminals.

I am also not at all impressed with the health and safety of the place, reduced food is often rotting (especially vegetables) and the freezers are openly filthy and rusting (see photo).

I generally shop at Sobeys now that there's no price advantage in shopping here since the prices went up and the product sizes went down. I just use Loblaws for online Fastfood pickups.

It's a great grocery store and the employees are wonderfully friendly informative and helpful.
I have one problem, I am in a power wheelchair and usually, I go through the checkout because the cashiers help me pack and that gets me through faster so I don't hold up the line. But last visit only two cashiers were open and the lines were long, being in a hurry I tried the self-checkout, terrible experience not wheelchair friendly at all, I couldn't reach the pay pad or the screen because my feet couldn't go under it to get close also the table needs to be at the side to maneuver groceries. I would love someone to speak to me about this because I could show you what the problem is and hopefully make it easier for everyone in my situation. But for now no more self-checkout.

Besides the prices elevating to ridiculous places GETTING TO SS in a wheelchair is another matter. Unless I live in the dangerously navigated parking lot there are no wheelchair accessible sidewalks to the store. Once I leave town sidewalks I must be on the road and have been nearly struck by inattentive drivers. An accessible sidewalk would be appreciated

Prices are crazy! Healthy foods have through the roof prices - we seldom shop here anymore, preferring the local farm markets and side-of-the-road stands.

Hate how your packaging your cold cuts now using more plastic packaging and alot less meat per package.... why did you change your packaging and put less meat in the packaging and charging more
