So I'm doing this post today because there is a worker at Auto Value it goes above and beyond of her expectations as an employee and her name is Amber. Amber is one of those people that is a very good soul she listens to you if you need someone to talk to you not that that's her job but she does take the time to listen and it's not like she doesn't show any concern or care cuz she does she is always there for an individual and she does her job very well I bought a part today and the part wasn't working properly so I brought her outside the shower and she agreed with me so she went inside she got a new part and came outside with the part and brought the part I was having trouble getting the part off due to the fact that one of my sockets was having a really bad day and lost some of its strength she brought me a socket and got the job done completely to my satisfaction and it helped me cuz I was getting extremely anxious and upset the fact that it came off so easy and that I couldn't get it back off anyways hats off to Amber she should get an employee order the year she's been there for a long time and I know that everybody deserves perks especially when they're doing above their job and that much I can tell you she does for sure thank you so much Amber you de-stress my life today and you probably saved a lot of people that could have got a real angry guy along the way so you did the world a good favor thank you so much I know this is a crazy post but hey you deserve it for being there and helping me and always doing your best to make sure I get the best parts for my car and lots of love thank you so much God definitely broke the mold when he made you that company definitely benefits you being there if there's any spelling mistakes is because I'm using the talk and text I'm not perfect like Amber LOL

I've used auto value in the past and been satisfied. Not this time. My fog light doubles as a daytime running light, on my 2013 Altima, so there are two bulbs in each housing. They had options for the two bulbs of between $90 and over $200. This was for regular bulbs or LED replacements. I ended up getting four LED replacements online for $35 to replace both fog/DRL lights. (Not just the right side) I would have been happy to buy locally but not for 5 or 10 times the cost. My fog / DRL's are now matching and doing very well, plus they have a 1-year warranty on the LEDs. I used LuYed H16 Type 1 LED bulb replacements for my DRL's and ALIXLIGHT H11 for the fog light LED bulb replacements and am pleased with both.

We have been to this location twice and the lady that works there and all the staff actually are so helpful but the lady has helped us twice. I just left the store and am writing this in the parking lot. The service we got is unmatched. She was so helpful from beginning to end. I didn’t even know what I was supposed to get for a broken wiper and she even installed it for us and was so quick and honoured warranty on it. I can’t believe the service we got, and free popcorn with amazing and knowledgeable staff this is so beyond friendly always smiling it is a great change from the customer industry lately.
