Blatant Disregard and Racial Bias

My visit to Autohouse Kingston was met with outright indifference and dismissiveness. Despite inquiring about a listed vehicle, I was brushed off with no effort, no professionalism—just told to check the website. Meanwhile, other customers received proper assistance. As a group of five people of color, the stark contrast in treatment was impossible to ignore. No customer should be dismissed or treated as less deserving. The lack of professionalism and stark difference in treatment reeked of bias—disgraceful and unacceptable.

Bradie, among the "large group" you mentioned were two serious buyers ready to purchase the Mazda3 and blue Fiat 500 2dr, plus a returning customer. But hey, not serving a group of people of color sounds like a solid business plan for Autohouse.short-staffed and busy—got in the way of basic decency? Understood. I initially found their listing on Cargurus.ca, and after doing extensive research and comparing it with other options on Cargurus.ca and Autotrader.ca, it was clear that the RAV4 at Autohouse Kingston was the best deal on the market across Canada.
