I’ve always bought my plants at the Azilda Greenhouse. This year, 2025 was such a disappointment. I noticed that the plants didn’t look as good at all this year, like they were neglected. I noticed over half were severely under watered. The uproaring zinnias that I purchased this year have all but died. Within a week of planting, they looked like they had a fungus.
I’m wondering if the new owners are even gardeners? I will not buy my flowers here again, it’s been a waste of good money.

The staff are all very friendly, and definitely make the visit more enjoyable! They have a lot of variety, from vegetables, annuals, perennials and house plants. I was able to find a house plant on my wish list that I have never found locally before, and it was a reasonable price.

One of the most important things for a business is not what you sell but how one interacts with customers. The garden center had a great selection of goods, don’t get me wrong and we were asked if we needed help. But, I simply asked the girl at the cash “do you have shrubs in yet?”. I got a snarky sigh and then I don’t know maybe out there she says” . I step out the doorway and view a few, but not what I was looking for. Then cashing in she wasn’t very gentle with moving around my plants and wasn’t careful in counting. At that point I was going to say something, but not worth it at this point. I will NEVER be back to this place.

Cashiers were very nice, but the online system for cashing out gave then problems. I noticed cashiers are expected to be away from the cash areas to tend to tasks another employee should really be doing...especially when the staff needs more training on the cash system.
Lovely greenhouse, but there seems to be a lack of focus by management on daily operations.

I went to the Azilda greenhouse for the first time today. The new owner went out of his way to greet me, and talk me through how to best care for my hanging baskets. They had an excellent selection and the staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

New owner = terrible customer service.
Bought a large tree from azilda 1 yr ago, it immediately showed signs of disease after I had Azilda greenhouses plant it. Was told to wait and it may bounce back if not then they would replace it. Today I was told they have a new owner and they offer a warranty of only 3 months and would not cover any previous items sold by previous owner.. The new ownership clearly has no interest in providing good service to long-standing loyal customers.
