The staff are quick, attentive, and always willing to help, which enhances the shopping experience. However, the store could use some maintenance—there are often cardboard boxes left on the floor and some lights tend to flicker, which can be a bit distracting. Also, it's important to note that they do not accept credit cards, so be sure to bring debit or cash when you visit.

Overall – Despite the need for a bit of upkeep, the wide product range and helpful service make this place worth visiting, especially for hard-to-find Asian items.

very good selection of product. This is a staple go to place if you are “not of the culture” but want to buy specific products and ingredients that you’re not going to get it Fortino. Lol.

I’m sure every store has its off day, but generally speaking, the produce is extremely competitively priced with a great selection

Horrible experience I went in at first it was busy I got what I needed I left and I went back because I forgot something so I went back now this time my experience with the cashier was horrible she was rude she was not done with me she started speaking in her language to the customer after me not informing me that she was there she just went to pick up somethings. Then when I asked her to bag my things she refused (because I’m black) and told me she dose not want to touch my things. But she did for everyone else that was Asian or white. I stood there n I watched after that horrible racial discrimination and experience I will never go back there and I advise all AFRICANS THAT LIVE IN VAUGHN TO NEVER GO THERE.

CASH only, Produce is cheap but is going to go bad sooner than big grocery store chains. Instant noodles are the cheapest here than any other stores

I found 3 bags of veggie that were priced at $0.02, grabbed 1 and went to check out. The cashier not only refused to sell at that price, said it was a mistake and would not honour the price. The owner started yelling and harassing me as if it was my fault that they priced the bag that way. If I could give 0 star I would. I would NEVER buy here again, NOR SHOULD YOU. The store advertise to sell the products, we buy 5 which the limit set, but they won't sell to us bc they said we buy only sell items , they should note that on the flyer too, wasting gas, time to shop there ,please keep in mind the Canadian store never do that to customer

Bad customer service, the managers yelled at me when I asked for returning a bag of rice that I bought wrong. (I came back and returned within 24 hours). After fighting with me, they still made a refund for me with bad attitudes and abusive language. There are lots of Asian Grocery stores in Vaughan, we don’t have to come and shop here

As several other reviews have said, this place significantly lacks both professionalism and cleanliness.

The second you walk in you'll be greeted with an overwhelming smell of rotten fish.

The fruit and vegetables are well priced but clearly not treated properly and also tend to expire VERY quickly despite having the same SKU numbers as other nearby markets.

Everything pre-packaged in the store is well overpriced and you'd be better go to to the dollar store or any nearby grocery store for this stuff.

Finally, the staff are extremely rude. If you ever question anything about what they do they absolutely flip out. They also have no clue where anything in the store is.

0/10 recommend unless Kabul Farms or other nearby markets closed early in which case you're FORCED to go here.
