My wife (pregnant) and I tried shopping at several stores in town, and only found ourselves overwhelmed with no purchases made. We prayed we could find a knowledgeable staff member and store that would educate us on the different products etc. We decided to try Baby and Me. Absolutely amazing experience!! All of their employees are clearly passionate about what they do and helping their customers. Their products are all quality and they will help you find what works best for you without any high pressure sales tactics. All of our future purchases will be with Baby and Me.

We went to the store originally to grab a few small things and had a car technician double check our set up, after doing so they told us it was not the safest it could be. He went back into the store and brought back out a nice looking base to a car seat I asked him how much it would be and he told me we could have it, along with a whole stroller set. We are very grateful for the man that helped us he never told us his name but I assume he was the owner. She is much more snug and safe in her new car seat. Thank you baby and me for making sure our baby is safe❤️

My girlfriend & I have been coming here for about a year now simply to buy Jellycats because we love them & the staff have been amazing!

We especially appreciate how there is a limit on Jellycats and you can only order them online for pickup only - with how popular theyve become its hard to get them sometimes but Baby & Me keeps amazing control of their stock.

The staff are always super helpful & kind whenever we are in there! We’ll occasionally see the owner as well & he is always super friendly as well!

Would definitely recommend coming here!

Came here for baby shower gifts , it is a great shop with lots of awesome finds. The staff were so nice and helped me out cause I didnt know what to get. The owner was really nice and helped out too. Highly recommend!

A great one-stop shop for all things baby and kid-related!
This is a large store packed with an impressive selection of high-quality items. They have a massive toy section featuring many trusted brands, and their clothing selection includes fresh drops from popular names like Kyte. You’ll also find strollers and pretty much everything else you might need for your little one.

The only downside for me was that they didn’t honor a 10% price match on Stonz, which was a bit disappointing—I ended up ordering that item online instead. Still, it’s a fantastic store overall with so much to offer in one place.

HUUUUGE selection of jelly cats! You could spend 45 mins in there just looking at all of them. The staff was kind and helpful. We didn’t really need much assistance as we were only looking at the jelly cats, but other customers were asking questions and the staff was dedicating a lot of time to make sure that everyone found what they needed.

Outstanding, spectacular service!
The staff are extremely knowledgeable, kind and accommodating.

I went in with a certain baby wrap carrier in mind, after becoming an "expert" through my online research.

With attentiveness and curious interest to my individual needs, the staff questioned the reason for my visit. Then they exampled the product I came in for and an additional one they recommended after conversing with me.

Along the way adjusting and catering to the shared needs I was trying desperately to meet.

I left the store with one they recommended. It suited my baby, my toddler and I's collective needs in ways I couldn't have researched online!

Additional highlights included:
The universal stroller that I could place my baby carrier on while shopping.

The safe place to secure my baby, close to me, in the washroom.

The water offered, it was life giving, rejuvenating me to make the best decisions.

Space offered if we needed to breastfeed before leaving.

An unreal in store experience. I was soley an online shopper from this store and more before now.

There's something to personal service and trained people who care deeply.

I will be back. The only place I've been more comfortable with my little one, is my home.

My expectant daughter and her partner came with to look for a stroller among other things . The 1st sales person was polite when we said we wanted to browse , the 2nd using an over the top tone trying to connect with us ,seemed silly and annoying , we kept walking towards the strollers . The 3rd was an older guy , who was so pushy we were completely turned off . A hard ,loud ,sell just what you want when trying to carefully consider your baby items, right ?!
