One should be wary about trusting what has been said and guaranteed by Badger truck parts.

Purchased parts and had them shipped. Had supplied all of the shipping information and quote number which was written on my receipt and I was assured this is how it would be shipped and was given the guarantee that "we have been doing this for years".

The information was not translated and the package arrived in the wrong drop off location, with the wrong shipping company.

My amount owing to my surprise was over 100 dollars more for my shipping compared to my quote that was laid out and i had to pay it out to a completely different shipping company than that had been discussed.

When I contacted them about this they made a piss poor excuse and told me there was nothing that could be done because they claim they wrote "collect" on the shipping quote.

One should be wary about trusting what has been said and guaranteed by Badger truck parts.

I've had the misfortune of dealing with these guys a few times over the years. Generally rude and dismissive. Last straw, this last time we bought a transmission flex plate here, which turned out to be wrong, so I tried to return it. They said they couldn't take it back because they had to pull an engine for it. It is very obvious by appearance that this part has been sitting out in the elements for years. I'm reasonable, work with me, charge me a restock fee if necessary, but a fabricated story is just insulting. Avoid Badger Truck Parts.
Edit: it is possible they are going to deal with properly now as there may have been a mistake as to which customer they were talking to. We have sent the part back and will see if they will credit us.

I purchased a DD16 ,so I thought, just to find out that it's a DD15. The shop in Bon Accord did the switch over. Now I'm having trouble with the timing on the engine. I took it to Detroit Diesel and they told me that the guys at Bon Accord forgot to install the cover for the high pressure pump. That caused all the problems. My cost for there screw up is 12,000.00. Never again will I have anything to do with Badger, period. This is a warning to all potential customers.
