Flowers delivered by Ann Banff via Interflora on Friday 10 May 2024. These photos were taken on Sunday 12 May 2024. I live in Australia and always use Interflora to deliver flowers to my family in Scotland, however, this is the most disgraceful flowers I’ve ever seen for almost $100!
I would have given NO stars, but I was unable to submit the review without selecting at least one!

Forget Me Not Flowers is the place to go for absolutely stunning flowers!! The owner is such a sweet, genuine individual and was such an amazing lady to deal with. I had an idea of what I wanted for flowers for my small intimate wedding, and she took that to the next level! With just a few Pinterest photos and a chat on the phone she put together flowers that were better than I could have ever imagined. Her artistic flare and choice of flowers made our flower arrangements truly unforgettable. The flowers were stunning and added the pop of colour our early spring wedding needed!
From the application process to the consult and to the delivery on the day, Forget Me Not Flowers was professional, provided high quality products and were so lovely to work with. I will be recommending them to anyone I know!!!!

Did a last minute shopping for a bouquet for our pre-wedding photoshoot and I'm so grateful to come across Banff Flowers- Forget-Me-Not. From the ordering process all the way to the pick-up at the shop, Lorelle has been quick to respond to our queries, especially on the bouquet's design. Our bouquet turns out amazing and my fiancee loves it! Despite ordering a bouquet only, Lorelle went the extra mile to provide me a matching boutonniere. Lorelle at Forget me not flowers is absolutely amazing. I am so blown away by the amazing work they have done for me. Everything was perfect. You brought exactly what I wanted to life. Communication was so easy you always got back to me right away. I loved all the colours and the brown tone roses were stunning everyone at my wedding was commenting on them that we have never seen anything like it. I loved every flower you picked for my bouquets. How you threw in the grasses and paper fans was so cute just the perfect touches all around and the perfect amount of eucalyptus. I’m so obsessed with all of it. Streamers were just adorable. Smelled amazing, looked great all day and Im never going to forget them. You made all my flower wedding day dreams come true I cannot thank you enough ladies. Keep up the amazing work you are truly so special at this talent of florist work!! This is the florist you want to book for your big day in the National Park area!

Forget Me Not Flowers did a fabulous job on the florals for our wedding! We had 12 centerpieces, florals for the arch, 3 bouquets, 3 boutonnieres, and 2 corsages that all turned out flawlessly. They matched the inspiration photos I sent so well. Could not ask for better!

This is not reliable vendor, not recommend for the important events such as wedding due to the following 2 terrible experience.

1. The owner changed the follower design without notify me. Here are a couple of detailed change I noticed :
- we discussed the arrangement should "minimal to no white" all the roses I picked is champagne, however, all roses were used are white in my arrangements.
- we paid the price to use Ranunculus, however, I didn't see any in my arrangement.

2. We had 2 arrangements, one looks OK. However another looks like the photo showed, very few dying peonies. The flowers in the picture below cost me $550.

Not recommended this vendor! Terrible experiences!

I don't think you can blame the communication issues for the mistakes you made. My husband and I went to Banff and discussed the design face to face with you for a couple of hours to clarified all the detail. You send us the invoice with Notes "minimal to no white" however you still use the white roses. Try to misleading others won't help either.
