I love walking into this place as it has character. I was told it's been a bakery for 80 years. I was offered a donut so I selected the one with sprinkles. What a treat to have a fresh donut. If you're ever in town, go get the donut with sprinkles.

Really enjoyed visiting this Dutch import store and home bakery! So many European quality goodies and the fresh baked goods were well priced. My mother and I really enjoyed the filled donuts! Can't wait to use their farm fresh eggs for breakfast too!

This will be a regular stop for us whenever we are in Barrhead. Something to look forward too!

We always stop at the bakery to buy donuts when we make it up to barrhead, their donuts are always delicious, but the lady that served us today wasn't very friendly and didn't appear to appreciate our business.

At her request, I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday, even though it meant a 120 km drive.

It was ready on time, and worth the effort in every way. Oh, and a very good price. Beautifully decorated, and utterly delicious. Thanks for making the birthday extra special.

We always stop in at Barrhead Bakery when we are in town. The bread and buns are delicious and fresh. The cookies are to die for as well. The staff are pleasant and helpful. They sell certain meats as well. I believe it's local products too . We will continue to stop in whenever possible.
