Horrible service. We bought multiple vanities, shower fixtures and bathtubs for three bathroom renovations. When we first walked in, we were completely ignored until they realized we were going to make a large purchase, at which point the sales person became overbearing and pushy. It was so uncomfortable that we actually went back another day to place the order. The sales person placed the wrong order for two items, a toilet wasn’t ordered, and a bathtub came with a chip. We had to pause our renovations with no bathrooms to use in the house while paying the contractors to wait for two weeks for these items! Management and customer service acknowledged the big mistake but were not helpful or accommodating at all and did not offer any reparations. Horrible experience all around. The products are great though and our bathrooms looks fantastic they were done so the issue might be just this location.

When I visited the store recently, Nabeel was the first to ask about my father’s health even though I had last spoken to him at a different location. I was genuinely moved that he remembered.

Recently bought a bathroom vanity from Bath Depot Ancaster. Love the vanity and the sink I purchased and thrilled with Simon who eventually saved the day by realizing the screws to attach the sliders to the drawers we’d received were just a touch too long causing the drawers to stick and not slide open and closed smoothly. Really appreciated the help we received from Simon. It is upsetting though that the previous salesperson insisted (not once but 3 times on 2 different occasions) that we had installed in incorrectly (we didn’t). Heads up to everyone - keep all boxes and receipts. They will not allow a return without this. Plus, if you have to return and you’ve constructed the vanity, you would have to deconstruct it and place it nicely back into the box otherwise no refund.

Nabeel the store manager helped my wife and I pick out the perfect vanity cabinet for our bathroom and helped setup a pickup since we were in a rush to have our bathroom finished. It's installed and it looks great. Amazing service! Will be back in the future

Staff were obviously commission based when we visited in the store, the salesperson hovered and kept coming back to ask us questions. It left me anxious since they were standing close by watching us converse. We purchased online after looking at other stores and waited many days until we called the store to see if the order was ready for pickup. They told us to call customer service since it was purchased online that they can't see online orders. We called customer service, they told us to call the store again. On the second attempt at calling the store they said they have the tub. On pickup the person working asked why we didn't buy in person since "the kids" get the sale. Whose kids? Why did he care? Were they his kids? Slightly unprofessional to shame someone for purchasing online.

Working with Katie at tge store she’s well informed and makes the experience seamless. I also have worked with Nicole she is welcoming, knowledgeable also.
