Provincially federated liquor store that is usually the cheapest.

Look for items on sale. They have a website where you can sort for whichever item you’d like. The discounts are random, like at Costco, so sometimes you can score some premium liquor for a pretty sweet price

BC has a vibrant craft beer and wine scene. BCLIQUOR stores are the best place to get these beverages, since they are taxed at a lower rate than other alcohol. I got tall cans of salted caramel craft lager (7% abv) for $1.79 each last week, which were delicious

Their single cans are sold for same price per can as a 12 or 24 pack. This store is a few minutes away from Gyro beach on foot…

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I feel this situation truly warrants it. Back in the summer of 2024, I had an unpleasant experience with a young lady working here. She spoke to me in a manner that I found quite disrespectful. I tried to file a complaint at the time, but unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. I figured it was just one of those things, so I moved on.

However, this February, I found myself having to deal with her again—not once, but twice. To be honest, I’m truly baffled that she’s still employed.

This young woman (Mia) seems to be unwilling to offer any assistance unless asked several times. And even then, she has a tendency to hurry me along, muttering things under her breath while I’m simply bagging my own items. She uses vulgar language in demeaning ways for the simplest of things, like my wife removing her card from her wallet at a pace deemed too slow. Ridiculous!

I must say, she’s easily the most discourteous cashier I’ve ever come across. I can’t help but wonder how she’s managed to keep her job for this long. Everyone else I've dealt with at Mission Park is lovely!

As a result, I’ve decided to start shopping exclusively at the Harvey location from now on. I truly do not wish to deal with her again, as the experience has left me antagonized.

I had a very disappointing experience at BC Liquor Store. Despite presenting two IDs myself, the cashier refused to sell us the drink because my friend only had one ID. The attitude was unhelpful and unfriendly. It’s frustrating to deal with such rigid policies, especially when I complied with the rules. I honestly don’t understand how this store manages to stay in business with such poor customer service.

Have frequented this establishment several times this year with family members. Have been delighted with the exemplary customer service 😀 🙌 we received here from 2 team members. Their names are Vicki and Dot. They were professional, proactive and took the time to orient me to the delicious flavors of wines they carry here. They are both assets to your employ and I wish them both well on their future endeavors! Neil..the supervisor has a kind demeanor and always takes the time to say a kind word. He manages the store like a melodic orchestra. Thanks guys
