Sometimes, a place has the power to completely transport you. From the outside, this café didn’t give me the impression that it would be anything special. But once I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere. Then I went upstairs—and that’s when I truly fell in love with the setting.

It was my first visit, and I instantly regretted not discovering it sooner. The staff were polite and incredibly patient, making the experience even better. Definitely a must-visit spot in Vernon!

I recently had a chance to experience The Bean Scene in Vernon first hand. I want compliment the owner on creating such a lovely atmosphere. It more of an old school coffee shop, with a up to date attentive staff. You walk in and you are greeted by warm smiles from your baristas. There is a certain energy to the Cafe that's is hard to put your finger on. And then it hit me. It's a gathering spots for people of all ages. It is a place to come and enjoy the moment and sip on that perfect cup of coffee.

I spoke with Matt the owner briefly and I could really see he was passionate about his coffee and his Cafe. He also pointed out the two older couples that had been coming in everyday since they opened in 1994. Obviously they are doing something right.

Great spot - friendly staff and delicious drinks. Cozy. A unique space that a Starbucks could only dream of emulating.

A must-visit if you’re in the area and need a relaxing place to get some work done and enjoy a coffee or tea.

Bean Scene Coffee House is such a lovely spot! It has a cozy, warm atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and we had the best gluten-free raspberry muffin—so fresh and flavorful! A perfect place to relax with a coffee and a treat.

Amazing gluten free snack selection. Great latte, and incredible places to sit and work on either the vine + greens patio or upstairs in the vintage lounge. Loved my visits here!

My most favorite coffee shop in all of the Okanagan! The atmosphere can't be beat and if you come in the summer you can enjoy the outdoor villa which feels like stepping into another country. The vibe inside is cozy eclectic and I'm here for it! Seriously, if you haven't been you need to go. The service is always 10/10 and they have lots of great GF options (get the gf muffin - you won't regret it). So happy to have this place in my neighborhood 🩷
