Nous avons commandé un prélart flottant chez Beaulieu via une compagnie de rénovation, la première commande nous n’avons pas reçu le bon car il était discontinué et au lieu de valider avec la décoratrice ils ont envoyé n’importe lequel.
La deuxième commande est arrivé complètement détruite.
Nous avons tenté de faire une troisième commande en urgence et nous n’avons aucune nouvelles et le prélart n’est toujours pas rendu depuis.
Les délais sont malheureusement dépassé ce qui crée énormément d’inconvénients.
Si, lors de la première commande, la compagnie avait validé au lieu d’envoyer n’importe quoi, il n’y aurait eu aucun problèmes.
Je déconseille fortement cette compagnie. Aucun service.

Seems this company loves to brag about the great 20 year warranty they don't stand behind. I have almost 2000 square feet of carpet installed that had a 20 year and was made in Canada which is a big thing for me but this carpet didn't last 9 months for a family of 3 with no pets. Do yourself the favor and buy from someone else and don't be fooled by the smoke and mirror made in Canada and 20 year warranty.

Update: Only positve reviews are two from employees, 1 from a business partner$$ Only 2 positive review is from customers. Stay away Like a lot of other reviews on here this company is horribl and doesn't stand by their product. We had a very bad flood needed vinyl floor installed and within 3 months floor was scratching and lifting up. We had our old floor for over 5 years no issues with scratches or bubbling coming up...and as per Beaulieu Canada claims analyst Ingrl Arel we aren't going to get our floors fixed here is her comment
Moreover, we have submitted the sample coming from this installation to an independent
laboratory and results were confirmed to meet the product’s parameters. As a side note, we have
had no other claims against this particular style sold in various locations throughout Canada.

Do not give yourself a headache avoid this company. It has taken almost a year to get this response horrible customer service and looks like it is a common trend based on the comments and reviews...We didn't chose this company but the company our insurance company hired did.

If you are ever thinking of getting flooring DO NOT use this company. Horrible customer service, they do not stand behind their products or if you ever need to use the warranty that the flooring comes with they will never honour it. Stay far away from this company. The commercial flooring we purchased for our business has stained from day 1 and they will not help.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Spent 30k on professionally installed Chianti oak engineered hardwood. Floors are garbage and the whole warranty process has been a nightmare. Terrible customer service. They don’t stand by their product.
Still waiting for answers over 2 years later… we keep getting the run around. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Back in November, I bought 2,600 sq feet of the Beaulieu Hill Top San Juan to ensure they had it in stock for March for a new home I am building. When the time came to install in early April, the engineered hardwood was warped. My installer reordered the product through the Beaulieu sales rep, and the rep told them that it was in stock and available. He assumed that the product was coming from Brampton but came from Calgary which took 3 weeks to receive. A few later when they came to install, the installer opened the package and it was the wrong colour. The installation company raised the issue to the Beaulieu manager and was told that the colour was discontinued, it seems that they reused the SKU #. I am now stuck and had to run around the city looking for a hardwood colour that will match my stairs. I bought another flooring from another company, it was ticker. I added a subfloor on the main floor to raise the hardwood to match the ceramic. I spent $3k for the material, installation and de-installing the floors. Lastly, I ran out of time to have my house ready and need to put my furniture in storage (extra cost) and move with the in-of .

The worst experience of my life and I still haven’t yet received the refund for the returned floors as Beaulieu has yet refunded my installer.
