I’ve been reading the other listed reviews and I agree. Dan does treat me like a neighbour. He pays attention to detail. I’ve spoken with the front reception different pharmacists and Dan at this location and I gotta say the service is SWELL. lol Rexall take notes.

I read the review for this pharmacy and decided to give it a try to see if the review matches the experience. I must confess, I was blown by Dan' customer service and attention to details. He is indeed a caring pharmacist that cares about his clients.

I will surely recommend this pharmacy for anyone around.

Dan has went above and beyond for me so many times. Just went in and saw Travis today and he too is above and beyond.

It's hard to find a good honest place nowadays and I'm really grateful for the people here.

I've only just started seeing Dan and his team for our scripts and I must say, this whole pharmacy goes above and beyond compared to any other! They have helped us so much, especially with our kiddo who's on a whole sleugh of medications while he waits for his heart transplant. They are all so friendly, caring - just all around very personable. I will recommend this pharmacy to everyone! Thank you guys so much for everything. It's helped our stresses significantly.

Hands down, the best pharmacy I have ever used. Dan, the owner, is incredibly kind, compassionate, and has a knack for remembering his patients. I went in today to refill a prescription and didn't even need to tell him who I was (and I am not in very often). Years ago, I was diagnosed with a disorder that is relatively rare. When I told Dan about it, he immediately read up on it and made sure he was familiar with it (certain medications can trigger excruciating pain). He takes a genuine interest in his patients' well-being. The hours may not be as convenient as a larger pharmacy, but the level of care more than makes up for it. I wouldn't even thinking of switching pharmacies.

Staff are super helpful, friendly and sharp. They informed me that glaucoma drops are way cheaper if you buy 3 at a time.
Rexall Pharmacy did not inform my husband of this. They were happy to sell him 1 box at a time.

I have been going to this pharmacy for many years, since the previous owner (Mike), and now the current owner who's name is Dan.
I have only ever had one negative experience there, which was many years ago. The lady behind the counter was very terse and rude to the person who was ahead of me, and her attitude carried over to my dealings with her. As soon as I mentioned Mike's name (he was the owner at the time), and asked when he would be in again, she changed her demeanor. I asked her to have Mike call me... When Mike called, he told me that he would definitely look into it, and apologized on her behalf. I believe he must have let the person go who was being so unpleasant, because I didn't ever see her there again. Mike also apologized in person the next time I saw him.
The new owner Dan is an absolute treasure. He is by far and away the most caring pharmacist I have ever dealt with. He is prompt and efficient, but more importantly he is there to answer questions, and has even researched areas of concern and contacted me later with more information. This type of service is like a blast from the past, when people knew you as a person, instead of being treated like a faceless number in the system.
He also helped me by pointing out a drug plan that would help with costs, and will call my doctor if the need arises. I hope he never decides to leave the business, and also that knows that there are many people like myself that really value what he does for our community. Thanks for all you do Dan!

The pharmacists here are wonderful and really helpful. I'm usually shy and quite private about my personal issues, but the young asian pharmacist always makes me feel comfortable. She always assures me that I'm normal. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone!
