Where's the beer? I walked in last week for the first time. I'm visiting from another Province where we can see the product selection before we buy. The place was horrible! Dirty. Stank like a bottle return depot! But then that's what it was. Was told to go to one of 2 computers to order my beer. Another customer had their bottle returns piled in front of the computers. Staff asked for them to be moved.
Why do you people put up with this?
I walked out disgusted.

This place is the worst. Smells, dirty and generally nasty. Only go to return bottles and think I'll stop doing that. Floor is stained, windows are filthy. Get it together brewers retail, knock it down and build a new store. It's supposed to be retail, not

I don't normally go out of my way to give bad reviews but this Beer store location is not handling the pandemic well.

I don't begrudge the staff for a second - they're very friendly people who are trying to make use of what they have, but that's issue, they have nothing to work with. Their computers are always down, they never have a proper stock count in their public inventory and the interac is inoperable too much of the time. Staff are forced to accept cash which is dangerous for them and everyone else.

This location needs attention because the locals are getting fed up.

(Better to shop at Walmart for beer these days)

I always go to the Beer Store, on Division St., in Cobourg, ON. I have found the Staff to be particularly friendly and very helpful. They have an excellent knowledge of all the products they sell and are more than willing to suggest alternative beers, to the ones I usually purchase. I have found also that the Staff at this store, are very efficient and as a result, are always able to provide quick service.

Been waiting 6 weeks for my keg then they sold it to someone else. Place is going down hill fast if you are making an order go elsewhere save yourself the headache
