Brought in some assorted empties and bought a case of beer. I asked for a receipt and the lady with glasses and short hair said I have to ask for a receipt and I told her politely thats its actually the law to give me a receipt and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. She had an attitude problem the whole time I was in the store, even with her coworker who was a nice gentleman and spoke to me respectfully. This seems to be a recurring problem with this employ. I will be contacting head office because obviously her management team has not solved her problems giving attitude to customers. The 2 stars are for the gentleman, she gets no stars.

A terrific small town Beer Store. It has all the different varieties of beer like a huge store would. The staff are friendly and courteous. The store is always clean inside and out. There is a parking lot bever too busy. This is a store that you should visit when in the area.

The older lady with short hair and glasses is so rude, I left before even getting to the counter. Probably makes no difference to whatever entity owns this Beer store as the money will be made no matter what but a very poor employee to have representing your establishment

Worst service ever, last week when I was there, I ordered 3 cases of beer and the lady with the glasses who took my order and when I asked for help and there was no-one else in the store she just ignored me. Horrible customer service! Not impressed! Had to hit one star so I could post this but I give this Beer store 0 stars! Someone from head office should send Secret Shoppers to this store, worst Customer service ever, more worried about dealing with the empties in the back than Customer's. This store needs new management. This store is a 0 out of 5!

My friends and acquaintances all agree, this is the rudest beer store in this part of Ontario. Except for one young woman who I think is new, the two older female clerks there have no people skills. They need a refresher in Customer Service.

Who is the older woman with glasses seems like she hates her job they are required to carry out your beer and she does not do it rude to many people have told me this get rid of her
