I decided to give the Bell store in Peter Pond Mall another chance. I'm so glad I did, I had the pleasure of having Eddie B as my salesperson. I went in to inquire what my best choice was going forward with the phone I had. By the time he worked everything out and added in his humor I walked out with a new phone and a smaller bill. More than happy with the service he provided and I refer him to anyone that would like a great customer service experience. Ask for Eddie Bauer hahaha that's what he said Truly impressed by him !!!!!

Sales Associate Dhriti S provided stellar service—she was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. She answered all my questions thoroughly and ensured I left completely satisfied with my purchase. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would! I believe there are criminal activities through that store. Immediately after I picked up my new phone I got mega-spammed through my phone #. There were four "customers" standing around in there paying awful close attention to me and the agent who was activating a new SIM for me was making eye contact with them constantly and walking by the store I could tell there was a relationship between the "customers" and my agent. This store is very suspicious to me. Avoid at all costs.
