Sales rep from the Bell Store in Greenwood sent me a text message to say my plan was due to expire and offered me a new plan. After asking a few questions I popped in June 5th to see Cory who helped set up my new plan with the s25. Great service and not being up on technology helped me retrieve some accounts. Very helpful and appreciated the extra personable service by reaching out initially. Well done Cory and thanks for the great service and help.

I went into this store with a smashed phone and an extremely high bill from Telus. After 10 minutes with Corey I left the store with a new phone and a much lower bill, since doing so every question I have he has been able to answer and help me with.

I would highly recommend you go into this store and see Corey!

It was truly refreshing to have someone take as much time as necessary to help resolve problems that were impossible for me to sort out on my own. I needed to replace my phone and lm very happy I ended up dealing with Corey. At first he didn't think we were going to be able to transfer the data between devices due to the condition of my broken phone. He provided me with the contact info of a local business that would be able to do it for me. He was determined to get me on my way without having to go elsewhere. After a bunch of troubleshooting he figured it all out for me. While the data transfer was in progress, Corey helped out a number of customers. Some were being unnecessarily rude to him. He was very professional in dealing with those customers, as well as with myself. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond. Thanks again, Corey.

Couldn't get any motivation of good customer service from the store in New Minas ( they were just more interested in browsing on their own phones then being helpful),so decided to go to Bell in Greenwood. Like night and day ! Corey went well and beyond to set me up with my new phone upgrade and even saved us some money on our monthly bill . Very satisfied and will try to continue to go to in Greenwood for any future business
