Bells garbage! Worse customer support and they don’t hold up what they promise! Take it from my I converted in October because they ran fiber to my house. When I signed I said I’m only signing if I get the new 4000 hub they said it’s not in Manitoba yet but when it comes you can switch modems for free. I called trying to get the new modem there trying to charge me 200. Told them what they promised. They simply said it wasn’t on the notes so your screwed . Well wave the 200 but you have to pay a service charge. So do t trust them.

Plus I was getting faster speeds when I was with Shaw internet if you can believe that . I am talking about wifi speeds on my devices ( I did have the newest modem from Shaw now )

Bell customer service sucks I’m going to switch back

I had to call them and spend 2 hours on the phone for not help, and used there chat about 6 times to try and get my internet switched. And then after the ridiculousness of getting it switched it still didnt work and tech support was horrible. I hope my area gets a different service provider soon. Anything is better then their customer service. If you have a choice of a different provider use them. Terrible.

I'm a mts customer and wanted to buy a new iPhone out right. They told me they can't do that and the staff wasn't helpful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Pretty sure I'm gonna leave mts now
