*DO NOT SHOP HERE! PROM RUINED!* This was a terrible experience from start to finish!!!! My sister found her prom dress from here months in advance, although it was too big for her. The ladies at the store said that they would alter it, but we did not hear back from them for weeks. When we finally went to see what was going on, they said the dress was ready. When she tried it on, it was much too small for her, LOPSIDED, and had rhinestones falling off. They accused her of gaining weight and said it was our fault. From there, we had to come back to the store 3 more times to try and get the dress right, to no avail. The dress was filled with strings and loose rhinestones and they refused to fix it and charged us $570. They assured us that there was nothing they could do about the loose rhinestones and that it would be fine when she wore it. On prom day, within 5 minutes of the dress being on, the rhinestones began to FALL OFF COMPLETELY and I was forced to use a hot glue gun to reattach them at the last minute. When we told the ladies, they were not empathetic at all and blamed us for it. The ignorant, rude, disrespectful , and unempathetic ladies made what should have been a wonderful experience horrible, stressful, and upsetting. I feel as though I was scammed and conned by these women and I would never recommend anyone to step foot in this place.

Took my wife to this store to find a dress for her sisters wedding. Very very great services, both ladies were very helpful and patient and was able to help my wife find a great dress. Large selection of very nice dresses and a very pleasant experience. My wife said she would definitely go there again and would highly recommend this store.

I wish I could select a zero star for this business because that is truly what it deserves. The staff are unorganized unprofessional and have zero idea how to run a business. A couple months ago I had my dress brought in for alterations. A couple weeks later they called me to come pick it up. I came to the boutique the Saturday I agreed on with Nadia to come pick it up as they said it was ready. When I got to the shop there was a note on the door saying “will be back at 2:30” I called her and said I would be waiting. After being lied too, having to block my number and waiting 3 hours for her because she left her business in the middle of the day to host a party, I made alternative arrangements to come the Saturday after, very un impressed already but no choice, my dress is needed in a couple weeks. I went to try it on and no alterations had been made the dress had not been touched. After I was very direct about how upset I was , Nadia proceeded to ask me what was wrong with me and to wait for the alteration lady to come in. No way. This should have done weeks ago and you people have no right to tell clients to calm down and what is wrong with them for being upset about poor service. Absolutely the most brutal service I’ve ever had. Every negative review on here is correct. Do not waste your time, good luck keeping your business running , maybe go back to be retrained in business school because this business of your is a complete joke.

Purchased a dress for my daughter's school semi-formal, what outstanding service! Naila's knowledge of the couture/ woman's wear is 2nd to none and my daughter was ecstatic with her (my) purchase. Will definitely return closer to prom season- thank you Bella Couture 🙂

I am so happy and grateful for the wonderful experience at Bella Couture. I got so many compliments on my dress and I felt amazing in it.
They are always willing to go over and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. And if they don't have it they will find it for you.
The alterations are done in store, they even do alterations to dresses you didn't buy from them. My daughter's bridesmaid dress had to be altered because she is pregnant and they did it for her.

Next time I need a gown I won't waste time like I did going from store to store when you had exactly what I was looking for.

Bella Couture has Beautiful dresses and a nice selection. Great customer service from Naela. She literally is the BEST, so patient and a sweet person. The only reason I like going there because of the service she provides and does her best to make a customer happy. Highly Recommend 💯

What a gong show! Dress was altered at least 4 times. By the time we picked up the dress it had pulls all over the front and the ladies that run the gong show tried to convince us the pulls were there from the beginning. Thank goodness my daughter took photos the first time she tried on the dress . Then theybtrued to convince us our eyes were not open seriously ! Do they think people are stupid. This should have been a beautiful experience for my daughter and she was in years! Oh then they said if we refer people they would give us a discount . So we did and they said no discount but we could get a pain of earrings. In The end they took 30 bucks off the dress! So I will never go again and I would not refer anyone of my friends or family to.go Here! There job was to make the customer happy this store is not up to speed on service only manipulation!
