Buyer beware.
I spent $3000+ in Nov 2024 getting my suspension replaced and they MVI'd my car without completing the work. Two weeks later they informed me that the remaining parts had arrived to complete the work.
After completion there was no difference in the ride at all.
On Nov. 29/24, I purchased a new battery from Bells which left me stranded 6 times in minus C weather. Being a 73 yr. old senior with a disability that is a very dangerous situation for me. Asked them to replace it b/c it wouldn't hold a charge. They said that it must be your alternator, even though I told them the alternator showed 14 amps on my scanner. They said they would be more than happy to jump start it for an additional $40, so I just bought the gift that keeps on giving... them. Got stranded again in Charlottetown and payed another $300 dollars at CT to replace it.
I then brought both receipts to Bells to ask for a refund for the defective new battery they sold me. All I got back was a whole lot of nasty. I had to give them a 1star rating otherwise I couldn't post the review. They really deserve a ZERO.

We are visiting from Ontario and encounter an almost humorous tire mishap on our way to PEI that found us needing a new tire.. the folks at Bells were so wonderful and accommodating. We had a brand spanking new tire on our vehicle within 24 hours of landing on the island.. we highly highly highly recommend this garage.. thanks for looking after us

Saturday September 17 2022:

My wife and I were on vacation at a cottage in Darnley Shores. We awoke one morning to find a flat tire on our car. Since we were leaving the next day to return to Ontario, we were a bit panicky. However, upon calling Bell’s, we were told to come in right away and they would fix it. Within an hour the fix was done and we were on our way. Fantastic service! Thank you Mr. Bell.
