Bill a été très utile pour les services de clientèle. Il est affable et très helpful. Il a pris les appareils audios de Mom au Sunnybank Retirement home, les a emmenés dans l'office pour les nettoyer et les réparer. Aujourd'hui, lorsqu'on l'a appelé, elle pouvait entendre parfaitement. Bravo, Bill - vous êtes très apprécié.

Bill has just been the very best at customer service--he is affable and very helpful. He picked Mom's hearing aids up at the Sunnybank Retirement home, took them into the office to clean and service them. Today when we talked to her on the telephone she could hear us perfectly. Great job, Bill--you are very much appreciated.

5 star service. If they could have told me what was exactly wrong it would be full 5 stars. Custom earplug procedure was quick and painless except for on the wallet. Nice central location and easily accessable for handicapped
