I recently bought a pair of Nike shoes from this store and I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the service. The shoes are high quality, super comfortable, and look great. What really stood out was the staff – they were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me pick the right size and style with patience.

Not only does this store have overpriced and ugly items the staff working is extremely unfriendly and miserable.
My grandmother was walking the mall with my 13 month old when they wandered into the store. Without even saying hello they tried to shoo us out the door saying “this is not a playground”
She was actually going to look around but the fact this worker couldn’t even look up from scrolling their phones social media to say a friendly hello instead of making us feel unwelcome made her turn around and leave.
I guess the fear of a child touching something or making noise might and make them have to actually do some work is more important to them than making any sales.
1 star is far to kind of a rating for people to treat seniors and children this way

This guy is a scammer and sells some fake Jordan’s for full price. We paid over $320 for a pair of retro 7’s which we found out one day later were fake. We confronted him when we went to return them but he wouldn’t refund us and was very dismissive. Which resulted in him threatening us. We went to foot locker the next day to compare and they were completely different materials used on the real pair. I have gone to this store for over ten years and couldn’t believe what unfolded

Went in with my kids, they were super nice and welcoming for the whole family and had the decency to also help my child be safe in their store- explaining why it was important they don’t walk on the display for their safety, instead of an approach like “because it would mess up their merchandising”. I would support anywhere that has great service, bonus they have a great selection. Thank you for your kindness!

Workers/owner extremely rude. My two year old was running around (not touching anything) the lady started rolling her eyes and getting upset. Then another family came in to I look with her two boys and they all played together and worker got upset and started saying how bad the kids was and the looks were nasty. Don’t sell kids shoes if you don’t want kids to be in the store. I didn’t end up buying because I didn’t like the judgment

Read return policy VERY carefully as virtually nothing is returnable and the policy contradicts itself. Apparels are final sale but must have tags to be returned?! I'm sure the owner will try and respond with "fake review banned from store" but neither are accurate 🙂 Policy is listed below and photo of receipt from store is attached.
No return/exchange without receipt. Regular price merchandise can be exchanged/returned in unworn and original receipt within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise may be returned under following guidelines. All Jordan, Kobe, LeBron, KD merchandise is FINAL SALE. Nike Shox, Airmax, Airforce, Roche and casual shoes are final sales. Adidas Casual shoes are final sale. Apparels are final sale. Footwear items must be returned in their original box and apparel items must have the tags. Discounted merchandise is final sale. Exchanges on worn merchandise will only be made when the damage is caused by a manufacturers defect. Items cut or sliced by sharp object cannot be exchanged. After 7 days items cannot be returned for any reason. See store employees for more details.

I will not recommend this store to anyone ! Terrible service and terrible quality shoes . Bought a pair of Nike sneakers , and within the first month the paint off the back sole started peeling , took them back and was told that I cannot get my money back I had to take a credit for a card i could spend only in their store . I was livid but i ended up getting another pair from the store ! Took another pair , different colour and now not even a month in the side sole has started peeling again !!!! Other stores allow multiple returns but at this place you only get one chance now I have to send them into Nike and wait 7 to 8 weeks for them to come back to Me . As far as i am concerned you should retun them and give me a full refund ! What an absolute nightmare ...do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Return policy is Terrible and Manager is extremely rude !

I DID NOT GET A NEW PAIR FOR FREE!!! I paid for the first and the second ..Can't believe the audacity ! The first pair were defective , it's your job to return them to Nike yourself ! And now I am have the same issue with the second pair and I wanted a full refund because I don't want to have another pair of defective sneakers !

Tried on a pair of shoes here today. While taking them off I accidentally put a small scuff on the shoe. I apologized. The owner then took the shoes away. Told me I could not buy them and suggested I leave the store.
