Nous avons tout apprécié de cet hôtel. Chambre confortable, piscine accueillante et personnel très serviable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent et varié. L'atmosphère tranquille nous a permis un séjour relaxant!

Nous avons séjourné au Best Western de Timmins. Tout était super propre, nous avons eu un service impeccable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuitée. Nous avions une chambre avec cuisinette et avions tout ce qui était nécessaire pour faire un repas de base (spaghetti). Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants (6 et 8 ans). Tout est neuf et la piscine est super !

Jolie hotel très propre , avec une jolie piscine , les déjeuner sont très bon seul bémol on peux pas se servir de jus sans le demander ( c est un détail )||Nous avons passer un beaux séjour et nous reviendrons certainement!

First time staying here and wow my wife and I were thoroughly impressed. First time I've been treated to a free hotel breakfast that has an omelet station and bacon! Bed's were comfortable and everything was super modern and clean. Has a decent size pool and fitness center too. I really like the grab and go bags they put out in the morning for people who are up early. I highly recommend this hotel and the location is nice to for being on a main thoroughfare especially with how bad the roads are in Timmins.

Always a nice experience coming to this hotel. The staff are super friendly, the building and the rooms are always clean. This has the feel of a high-end hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, the lounge has a nice vibe. There is a lady that works at the front desk that is always so friendly in greeting you when you arrive, and makes you feel so welcome. This is the first hotel I try to book when I’m travelling to Timmins.

Booked in advance noting 5 year old daughter. Upon check in everything was clean and tidy, service was great.
Unpack and head down to the pool , we are on 2nd floor, and realize our room is above a beautifully decorated room, a wedding! But wait.
Pool was clean. Towels were like sand paper. Hockey team got 10 players stuck in the one of two elevators for over an hour, we were happy to be on second floor then
Go to the parade,come back and hit the pool. By that time the whole hall way is full of wedding attendees dressed up, music blasting. Swim and go to the room at 10, bass so loud can feel it when you walk...1055 call front desk ask when it was they would lower volume, told 12am! But they'd lower volume. Lasted for 15 min, another call to front desk...then call to us saying we can move rooms....yes move rooms at 1115 with a five year old. Needless to say 1242 I passed out bass blasting. This negative review could of easily been avoided when at check in they seen we were a family with a young child who wouldn't sleep above a wedding, nor would they want or be able you move at almost midnight. Poor planning on hotel staffs part = unhappy mommy
