Great store. Usually find some pretty good things in there, getting pretty expensive but what ever. How ever this experience my friend and i had made us so uncomfortable. We went on sunday last week and there was a worker there who aired out all her family secrets to everyone on the store. Followed one customer around talking very loudly about things no one needed to know, and that poor customer was clearly uninterested. The worker took a phone call while we were there to continue talking about things that should have stayed between her and her family. It was just a very uncomfortable time and we ended up leaving as quick as we could. The things she was talking about were so extremely private

Good selection of vintage jewelry but prices are way too high, especially when some pieces are missing stones or broken. They are using Google Lens to identity and compare prices, therefore pricing as Etsy and eBay prices.

Went in for a visit just to poke around and wound up with a beautiful cardigan.

I noticed how all of the items were in great condition, and an incredibly reasonable price, and how friendly and helpful the staff were.

At a time when cost of living and buying clothes is expensive, even when some larger more recognized thrift stores are pricing things higher than what they were originally bought for, please do yourself a favor and stop in to Beyond the Blue Box!

I have been going to the Blue Box for years and generally enjoy my time there. Unfortunately, on more than one occasion since the new locations have opened, specifically the clothing one, I have had to listen to one of the employees, Lisa, complaining/bad mouthing and generally being really negative about another employee. It's upsetting to hear and honestly it's terrible customer service. People don't want to hear that kind of negativity ever really let alone when you're out shopping. If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all.

One of the first times that I went in the Blue Box I was aloud to bring in my kitten and Lisa was extremely cool with it, she was awesome! Love the store and location to my house, it's super convenient!
