PLEASE READ THE OWNER'S RESPONSE BELOW. THIS SHOWS THE CHARACTER OF SOMEONE WHO PUBLICLY USES DEFIMATION & TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH UGLY RESPONSES WHEN THEY GET CALLED OUT.

Majority of their items are broken or have issues. A number of the items I received were at standardized price and they were all messed up.

The person I was trying to return some of the items was specifically cold. They were especially rude when I asked if I can make a return because of the state of the items in which they inform me I should have known how they were in the bid description.

I highly recommend not using this site because unfortunately they're not reliable or trustworthy. I've had positive interactions in the past with specific items but there's always something wrong with the item some things I can look past but some things that are broken.

It actually pains me to write this but sadly I won't be utilizing this site anymore.

I HIGHLY recommend you do the same and not use this bidding site, unless you like paying for destroyed items near regular or over regular price.

Biggest scam ever.. DO Not Touch mystery boxes. They put random Values on items saying the box is worth $1600 at the end you get maybe 28$ worth of dollarama stuff. Used nasty hats , shirts , books ripped up , phone cases with the box super damaged, and a manifest saying each item prices 10$ , 12$ … no thank you. Keep your garbage. Will be contacting the government of Ontario for false advertising.

This owner / Baboon responding to clients reviews tells you who’s running the business. Calling fake reviews Will be posting the Mystery box trash items pictures shortly. This company will not last long as others are writing the same reviews.

Got hanger in a bag that says 5$ retail.. the prices of these items are made up and just written on a paper . Check out the pictures. Dollarama has better things.. Used books and plastic caps Valued over 1K lol

Do not purchase from this site. Everything may seem fine until you need a refund. The owner of this company is rude and unreasonable; he will close your account and treat you poorly when you request a refund. Their return policy is very limited, and 90% of the items are broken, used, damaged or expired, just check the Google reviews. Don't waste your money.

If you decide to give this guy your money despite these red flags, only bid on new items, as those are the only ones you can return. Be sure to read the descriptions carefully, as they often only show pictures of items that look new. Also, check the prices first to avoid overpaying for something that is not new.

Went for return told me that first need to inspect the item then will let you know if you are eligible for return or not
After inspection they said item was not acceptable by our team without any reason.

No where on listed did it say pieces were missing. Just to put it together and find out there are missing pieces. Can’t really use the hamper now because the pieces to hold on the bags are all missing aswell as one of the top pieces. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service ever! Staff is extremely rude. Return policy if actually a joke.

Purchased an item and the item was not as per the description, called them out on it and they started arguing with me about difference of opinion! After a bit of going back and forth calmly, the staff then practically started shouting at me!
Please heed to the comments, especially
the replies to the reviews from the business.

Hahaha look at the reply i received from the owner below. This Business owner honestly has some insecurities which needs to be addressed. Anyways I urge you all to please never give your money to such rude and delusional businesses.

I had a very troubling experience at Bid416 Auctions. When I went to pick up my items, staff confronted me aggressively, behaving in a threatening and intimidating manner. It felt completely unprofessional and unsafe.

On top of that, the products I received were not as described, raising serious concerns about the legitimacy of their listings. Based on this, I believe the business may be misleading buyers with inaccurate product information.

I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with Bid416. My experience was both disappointing and alarming.

I regret ever dealing with this auction. The item I received was listed as “like new,” but it was clearly defective and didn’t work. When I reached out, they refused to take any responsibility. I also noticed the bidding felt suspicious, like it was being manipulated to raise the price. On top of that, the owner’s responses are full of sarcasm and aggression. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
