Me and wife went and bought a ninja cooler here, we had paid in full and requested it was put into a safe place. We had called back twice to ensure this was done properly. When I returned to pick the cooler up I was told that it had been sold and that I would be given another cooler with a small discount. This is completely unacceptable and my wife was extremely upset. I will never return to big box or recommend them to anyone again.

I’ve been shopping at Big Box Outlet for a while now, and it continues to be one of my favorite places to find great deals. I go to this store often, and each visit is usually a good experience. They carry a wide variety of products — from electronics and household items to clothing and groceries — all at discounted prices.

Overall okay experience, prices are good. However, at checkout, Rebecca asked me my age due to the clothes I was purchasing. It came across a little rude. I would suggest refraining from such personal questions towards customers in the future unless absolutely necessary.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

My wife recently purchased a product from your store and, unfortunately, had to return it due to dissatisfaction with the item. Upon returning the product, she suggested that the store check the product before selling it to other customers to ensure quality. Instead of addressing her concern with professionalism, the staff member told her to "take a receipt and get out of my store."

This kind of response is completely unacceptable. While my wife was disappointed and upset to have to drive all the way back to the store, as a customer, my wife had every right to express her concerns and expect a respectful dialogue. The way she was treated was dismissive, rude, and far from the level of service any customer should receive.

Customer service is the backbone of any business, and the old adage "the customer is always right" exists for a reason—it emphasizes the importance of listening to and valuing customers, even when issues arise. A simple acknowledgment of her concern and a polite response would have gone a long way in maintaining our trust in your business.

We hope this feedback serves as a reminder of how critical it is to treat customers with respect and professionalism. We will think twice before returning to this store, and we encourage the management to address this issue to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

My wife will stop by the store to speak directly with the manager which they refuse to provide your name.

UPDATE

We spoke with the store manager to let her know how important it is to ensure that any employee provides the utmost customer service and they know how to deal with situations even though at times you can find customers in various emotional states and it could be challenging for a business.

However what was extremely surprising was the accusations by the manager regarding a video recording that's showing my wife making derogatory and racial comments. The manager even stated that there were some worse used by my wife. I was not expecting this kind of response from somebody running the business and I ask if there was evidence of such statements made by my wife and then she quickly changed the story to say that she was just gathering information and investigating the situation. it is important for everyone to realize not just for this business for any business that whenever you are running any type of investigation and gather in details to analyze the situation such as this one you cannot make assumptions especially go and make accusations to get somebody it doesn't matter if it's the employee or the customer. At this point I'm extremely disappointed with the entire process. I was expecting a simple response from the business realizing their mistake and not dealing correctly with customers however the situation has now escalated into some accusations of racism which is really sad that a business needs to go that low to defend and employees behavior. Well speaking with the manager it was agreed that she was going to review everything and respond to this Google review with her own assessment again this is not what I was expecting whatsoever.
