Disappointing Experience with Used Razor Blades_

"I recently purchased a set of Gillette razor blades from The Box Outlet store, only to discover that they were all used and had hair on them. I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of quality control.

Although the store accepted the return and apologized, I'm concerned that they didn't catch this issue before selling the product. It raises questions about their return policy and inspection process.

I hope the store takes steps to ensure the quality of their products, especially personal care items. Until then, I would caution others to inspect their purchases carefully.

Officially open Aug 26th, this store mimics the layout of the originally big box stores popular in B.C.
Most of the product is discounted or returned product from Costco. Most of the time in perfect condition or slightly damaged boxes.
There is a ton of deals on appliances. Top load, brand-new LG washing machines for $550. And I also saw a leapfrog BBC globe that we bought for our kid (new was $180) for only $59! He loves this thing and learned so much from it (4 yrs old).
The shoe section was a bit unorganized. Shoes were grouped by kind and not by size so you literally have to go through every style to see sizes. Would make more sense to organize by size and not kind.
Overall, we were happy with the shopping experience and purchased some clothing and some boots.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! People quite often mention that this place has “no good deals” BUT I DISAGREE!! 😍😍 Me and my son George found legos for a discounted price, name brand clothing for CHEAP!! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone on a budget or LOOKINT FOR A GREAT DEAL! ‼️BONUS‼️ THE STAFF ARE AMAZING, the red haired girl did a fantastic job at describing the place and helping me find the best bang for my buck! If I could give a 10 star rating for this place, I WOULD!! 😁😁
Thanks big box outlet store in St. Albert, me and my son will be visiting weekly from now on! 😆😍

Love this place! Super clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and wow. The furniture is 😍😍😍 can’t wait to go back and take my hubbie! And the prices are great! One of my new favs hands down!

Prices only a few dollars less on items that were returns from Costco. Rather buy new. It feels and smells like an old dollar store but nothing is a dollar. Would not recommend going . It's was a waste of my time.

I have been here a few times and have found deals every time. I've also returned things here with no problem as they keep your receipts on file as long as you have an account, which is just your phone number. The items range greatly, the prices seem fair to great. Some with cosmetic imperfections others with missing parts. Regardless, items come with a 1 month return or 2 months with an account.
