We purchased this 2014, 4 season model. Kylie was great to deal with. We went there to look at 2 of the units that he had in stock. He walked through each with us then pretty much left us alone to ponder. We are experienced so we knew what we wanted and he recognized that. We had a great laugh and the atmosphere was far from pressure. My wafe and I enjoyed our time dealing with Kylie and we would recommend them to anyone. Disclaimer, buying from Bigfoot doesnt Gaurantee you'll see a Bigfoot!!🤣

My wife and I bought a used fifth wheel trailer back in October/November to travel to the USA in December, which sales was aware of. Bigfoot RV and us had agreed to price and some repairs to be preformed before taking possession. Most were completed but not all as per the sales agreement. Unfortunately when we made it to warmer weather in Utah, a repair they made to the hot water tank was not completed in the correct manner and water leaked all over the fifth wheel around the hot water tank and into the kitchen. We had it repaired by a mobile RV technician and the individual take photos and confirmed that repair was not done correctly. I emailed Ken including the photos in regard to the repair and if they would be willing to cover the costs. Ken’s replied was that we should of brought it back to them to have the repair corrected, I reminded him we were in the USA when this occurred and needed repairs done asap. He did offer a small portion of reimbursement but again stated that we should have brought it back to them. I then emailed back a replied with some more questions and have never gotten a response back. The repairs done were due to poor workmanship as confirmed by the photos, I would not recommended them for any repairs due to their poor response and workmanship.

We chose Bigfoot rv for its awesome reviews. They were patient with us going through financing and finally picking up our trailer the day before going on our last camping trip of the season.
They also accommodated pickup around our busy work schedule.
But then we arrived at the camp and there was lots of water in the tank. When we flushed the toilet, it stunk so bad.. like a dead animal inside. We opened the other faucets same thing.
We took it in the morning to clean out the water and rinse the tank and slowly got better. We also found the grey tank was dirty.. full of 💩.
It was actually a pretty cold night. When we checked the propane tanks. 1 was about 2/3 full and the gas distributor nozzle was leaking 😡.
We were told that they would be filled as curtesy. We went to cook on our outdoor kitchen in the morning and the stove did not hook up to the attached stove holder 🙄 either. This was not a big issue.. but!
Very disappointing experience when you purchase a newer trailer. Not even when we purchased a used one (3of them) in the past had this happened.
We spoke with manager he advised us to bring it in when we returned from our camp.
Left couple of messages to the office and the sales rep no answer. Finally reached out to the finance rep and he passed on the message of date and time we’ll bring it in!
I really wanted to have a great experience with them from their reviews. Was not so lucky I guess..

4.95 stars, simply because I believe there is always room for improvement, but they were that gd. I bought a trailer off them, and when Ken and I did a walk around something got past both of us, a cracked black tank discharge line. A month later when I had been using it for a bit I went to dump the tank and noticed it appeared to have been frozen and was indeed cracked. I called back to bigfoot basically in search of parts to do it myself, and Ken told me to bring it in, his boys would look after it. Picked it up and all things are above par. Great group of people. Small town, family feel atmosphere. 5/5 would recommend.

We purchase a beautiful new to us Trailer for are family and couldn’t be more plz with the purchase, the owners were very nice to deal with and even threw in a tow hitch and bars, the trailer was well detailed and in great shape.

My wife Roxanne and I bought a Jayflight 2017 21QB at this local dealership, where we got a great deal on the financing. Kylie and Ken were also incredibly kind to us and gave us some tips for towing the trailer and general knowledge about this trailer. If you're looking to buy a new trailer or have your current one maintained, we highly recommend visiting this place.

We bought a used travel trailer from Bigfoot. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. They gave me a fair price for my trailer. They fixed every little issue on the new trailer, painted the frame and even put on new jacks. Then they threw in a new mattress and provide me an equalizer hitch and bars. Totally unreal experience from guys that genuinely care about the customer and their reputation. I would travel back to them any day.
