Super bon prix. Je commande mon stock de novritsch par eux. Mon gun avait un default en sortant de la boite, ils ont respecté la garantie. Je magasine sur leur site en premier. Il manquait un item dans une de mes livraisons qui venait de novritsch. Ils m ont remboursé et peux de temps après , jai reçu gratuitement l item qui manquais (mag pouch). J'ai upgradé mon gun avec eux , top notch. Rien à dire de négatif sur eux.

Worst customer service I've encountered via the web chat. Whoever answers that is losing the company money by being EXTREMELY condescending and rude to new customers and/or new to the sport. Truly hope management removes that individual from their company. They should not have a job in customer service. Toilet cleaning seems more apt for whomever is answering their web portal. Would give a lower review if possible. Will not be shopping/recommending/etc this shop to anyone. Edit- was rude AFTER the staff member was condescending and rude to me. Manager seems to just want to make excuses for horrible service. Don't shop here.

I called looking to place an order with overnight shipping, and they went above and beyond with suggestions and support.
My order was shipped right away and arrived the next day to the East Coast.

I've ordered from them 3 times now (4th as I make this review)(3x LCTs airsoft rifles and a bunch of airsoft magazines), and have nothing but good things to say.

First of all, as a buyer I believe you have to have some idea of what you're purchasing or some sort reference not to create confusion with the store staff. Second, don't be frustrated if they can't help you because you yourself have no idea what you're looking for. And yes, this is airsoft, not everything is going to be perfect. If something doesn't work, communicate with the staff in person or online politely. Be nice, you will be surprised at how readily they will help you if you're nice yourself.

Another than that, I will be continuing to support Canadian companies who help the Canadian airsoft community grow. Thanks guys.

I have shopped here a couple of times and everytime my order was shipped out very fast and arrived in a day or two max, and everything arrived exactly as described and amazing quality. But last time I needed some help with 3D printing and I have never done anything like that before so I needed help, and I also needed help with my order regarding other things and I had Max help me back and forth back and forth doing an absolutely amazing job. Very helpful very professional and very knowledgeable 10/10 I highly recommend shopping here they have great products great prices and great service

Canceled an order after a month of it being lost and Blackblitz approved a reroute back to them and a full refund. They confirmed they contacted UPS as it was still in Ontario (BC receiving address). The package somehow still gets delivered 44 days after initial purchase and I still haven’t received a refund because they won’t until they receive the package.

Last communication with them was 9 days ago and going on 3 days waiting on a response for a return label as UPS will charge 88$ to ship it back to sender.

I get you can’t control everything that happens during the shipping, but I don’t think the due diligence or with a sense of urgency effort was given. This just feels like customer service dropped the ball with me on this one. I’m just someone wanting a refund with a sealed package sitting by his front door.
