I love and hate it here excellent location and wonderful town but the park is run by money grubbing busy bodies that suck the monetary soul out of each and every lot renter providing no incentive to remain and expecting more every year.

Horrific place to live! Landlord is incompetent and refuses to deal with any issues. Landlord thinks she's above the law and allows other tenants to enter your yard without notice or consent! Plan on lots of chats with Bylaw and neighbors who have the RCMP blocking your vehicles several times because they have to deal with the neighbors. Any rules and regulations are only a guideline. Landlord has and will continue to breach the signed contracts. Expect to be dealing with the government and Mobile Home tenancy act. Landlord will tell you to suffer and if you don't like the breaches of contracts you can leave. Landlord has different rules for each house. Landlord favors (or fears) certain tenants and will give them what they want regardless of rules, laws or contracts.
My recommendation is DONT RENT HERE if you want privacy, security or peace. The landlord will be sure you won't ever get it. All you get is an ignorant attitude, told to call Bylaw or just let certain control everything. Your yard and space will NEVER be secure or safe with this Landlord and certain arrogant tenants!
Trust me... Red Deer Village is way better!

Raising rent again. Not worth dealing with the people who live here for the cost. You can get in better parks for far less. Wish I could afford to pull my trailer out of here.

The people high crime rate train. In park loud train whistle all day and night living is the worst a lot of homes and cars roken in to tenents drug and stoned all the time miserable cranky people management tthe worst a joke thats the good points
