Hana was very knowledgeable, patient with me, and gave me all the info I needed to make a decision about my 4 window coverings. Followup phone calls were rec’d with accuracy and Ariel was helpful with the measuring on site. Thanks to everyone. Looking forward to the installation.

I am very pleased with my experience with Blinds to Go in Kanata! Not only were the sales reps in store very helpful and knowledgeable, but Robbie, the installer who came to my cottage to pit up blinds on several windows, was friendly, efficient, tidy and ensured I knew how everything worked, the warranty and answered all my questions. I will highly recommend this company to everyone.

Five stars for this business, and the Kanata location in particular. When I moved here in 2018, Simrin looked after our order of inside-mount matchstick-type lined custom blinds for all of our main floor. The service and quality was excellent. The blinds still look and perform like new.
More recently I ordered a custom blackout roller shade for a bedroom upstairs, and it is also perfect. Also an inside mount, it is undetectable when rolled up. I didn’t want to change the drapery that I love on this window, but it wasn’t dark enough in the mornings. Again Simrin looked after this order. She is professional and thorough, as I’ve found the business itself to be. The quality of each of the dozen blinds/shades I’ve purchased at Blinds to Go has been as topnotch as the service. Highly recommend.
