Loved my experience at bliss!! Sydney was so helpful and brought me dresses all in my price range. She made sure I felt confident and beautiful and I appreciated that she was honest with me about how dresses looked and what suited me more. Also recommend doing the champagne at bliss. Made it so much fun! Bliss is where I got my grad dress and getting my wedding dress there, makes it all the more special!!

I had an AMAZING experience at Bliss! Amethyst was my stylist and she was incredible! She was so fun and easy to talk to and had an incredible eye when it came to pulling veils or sleeves. Based off just a few notes, she was able to have dresses pulled for when I arrived and they were perfect- I ended up buying her second pull! And when I was worried that one of the dresses might be too stiff for dancing with my fiancé, she proved me wrong!

(For the record, Amethyst, you are seriously invited to my wedding and I think you’re rad)

All of the staff really were super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Overall, it was really a wonderful experience and I am so happy that I had the chance to come in and find my dress here

This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was quite nervous for the appointment but Holly made me feel very comfortable and at ease. It was a great experience and I felt like Holly really listened to what I was asking for and helped provide lots of great options for me. I would definitely recommend Bliss Bridal!

My daughter and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bliss Boutique, their dress selection and their kind, patient and welcoming staff.
We drove to the Okanagan last minute and unprepared, didn't think about the need to make an appointment and just started dropping in to shop for a grad dress! The stars were aligned because Bliss welcomed my daughter in immediately on a missed appointment and treated her like she was a princess for sure! Our stylist was so fun and informative. There was no pressure to pick and buy a dress that day but with all the helpful information we received, then taking a late lunch to think on it, my daughter knew she found the right dress the first time looking so we ordered one.
I don't mind saying I am a little more bull in a china shop than displaying much elegance, but these ladies all made us both feel like we belonged there. We highly recommend Bliss for the experience I didn't even realize my daughter should have shopping for a graduation dress. Thank you!

The attendants were great. The seamstress or lady in charge took measurements of my daughter while we all waited outside. They ordered a size 10 from those measurements. My daughter has a 26” waist and a 34” chest and 5’2” She was purchasing an A-line gown. The seamstress stated they had to order from the biggest part of her body which was her hips. We took it to a seamstress and she said they should never have ordered a size 10. That hip measurements for an A-line dress don’t matter. Our seamstress did the best she could with the bodice but it is still ill fitting because of the original large size of the dress. The dress was $2000 and alterations were almost $1000.

Update: as you will read below BlissBridal was not willing to take any responsibility. Blamed my daughter ( the bride) for choosing a size 10 which she absolutely did not. My daughter was an exact size 8 and would have only needed length taken off. Christina stated at one point our seamstress was on their “list” but this situation is the reason she is not on the “list” and that Bliss Bridal has had many clients coming to them to get our seamstress’s work fixed. Our seamstress is a true 5 star no complaints such as these;

I cannot recommend Bliss Bridal enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcomed. Holly was absolutely amazing. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and guided me with genuine care and expertise. The selection of dresses was absolutely stunning, and I ended up finding the one!!
