Ordered a marshmallow confetti square, which was delish, and asked if they made flat whites because there was no obvious drink menu anywhere. She said she could once I described to her what that entailed (2-3 espresso shots and steamed whole milk). She starts making the espresso shot on the machine, then pulls out 18% coffee cream and puts that into a cup and then into the microwave. Then she proceeded to froth it with an electric whisk, which does nothing to coffee cream, and then filled the to-go cup with drip coffee. The single espresso shot got added at the end. Very gross watered down coffee is all it was. Likely won’t be returning, only gave a 2 because the treat was solid.

I discovered this place by chance while browsing through clothes across the street and feeling like an ice cream... What a pretty place! Airy, clean and with amazing sweets and coffee! Owner is such a sweet treat too! We will visit again

We had a fresh baked cinnamon bun and it was delicious. Will come back just for this alone.

I'm hooked on the baked goodies at Bloom! Everything is delicious and perfectly sweet. The atmosphere is lovely - bright and clean and chic. The staff are so kind and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable! If you're in Westlock, you have to stop in! 💖🧁

This cute little shop has such a magical atmosphere.
The music is so soothing and the decor is always appeasing to the eyes.
Coming into this shop is like stepping into a fairytale, the staff are wonderful ladies with bright smiles always happy.
The food is on another level, I cannot even describe how delicious their croissant sandwiches are, their baking is superb, everything is perfect.
Stepping into this shop, you forget about the outside world for a little while and enjoy everything around you.

Just had an absolute awesome Chocolate Cupcake at Bloom Bake Shop in Westlock AB. Ordered 6 Vanilla one Chocolate Cupcake. The line up was long but it wasn’t a long time to get served. Vibrant atmosphere, everyone smiling.

We just stopped by for a quick lunch. Although their last much menu is very small, we had ham and cheese croissants, cinnamon roll and if you dine in like we did, you can get a scoop of ice cream for $1. We will definitely stop in again. Prices are great, better than eating fast food. I love shopping local and supporting new businesses. I wish them lots of success. PS. My husband loved the croissant sandwich so much, he decided to get one to got for his Dr as he was going to see him after lunch. Dr loved it.
