Great store and fantastic staff!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Michele and the Blue Moon team. Bender Construction Management was fortunate to collaborate with Blue Moon on the renovation and expansion of their Canmore store. The staff were incredible throughout the entire process—from conception and interior design to construction and final completion!

The newly renovated space now features beautiful new changerooms and expanded retail space, enhancing the shopping experience. Highly recommend!

Honestly I have spent lots of money in the past at this boutique and the staff was always super friendly, went in today and was excited to see the new arrivals as I am also a pop up boutique owner. As I was talking about the Styles, a woman was joining in the conversation and introduced herself as the owner. As soon as I asked to see an item that was the last in stock on a manikin , she became very condescending and rude (although I got this feeling the whole time). But to question my size and look at me up and down made me feel super uncomfortable. (I guess she was too lazy to do her job as a retail staff and dress the manikin again?) She also asked if my purchase was going to be for personal use or for my business and I informed her it would be unprofessional to buy something at a boutique and re sell it…as a business owner I thought she would know better to even ask me that! Wow! Surprising. Please try be much friendlier and act like your customer is worthy. I will never go back after being spoken to like that. Sad

If I could givea lower rating I would. The sales person convinced my 80 year old mother to buy shoe 2 sizes to big, for her wide feet. She put them on at home to break them in and is tripping all over the place. We went back within days and they will not refund for the shoes. They never informed her this upon purchase!! A store credit was provided which is disappointing because I don't want them to keep my mother's money. The credit, is also just a piece of paper, that is hand written. I hope she doesn't lose.

lots of good brands and clothes! the staff is very helpful too, giving me alternatives and sizes to what else i might like. will definitely be back!
