I purchased a Marlon boat over the weekend from Boat House Marine after a deal at a large Kelowna boat/motorcycle dealer fell through. Scott was very accommodating and I can not say enough about how easy he made the experience. The staff and buying experience was night and day different from what I experienced in Kelowna. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to go and see Scott and the great staff at Boat House Marine. Well worth the drive from Kelowna.

Yamaha recommended I take my 250hp outboard here and I see why. Great thorough service to evaluate a major breakdown. They represented the issue to my insurance surveyor and helped in getting approval. Resulted in a new engine which they installed better than the original from the factory. Thanks gang!

bought new boat- Bill,Scott,Bree and counter lady ( forgot name) were all friendly and super helpful. Very clearly they are experienced and know what they are doing. Very accommodating about adding things, dropping the boat in the water, timing of everything even though they were busy. Highly recommend.

Great service and people working there! Got my boat in right away, fixed the issue and returned it within days! Ill definiteley take my boat there again if it needs repaired!

This place doesn't need or want your business. I went there to look at ordering a new boat, wandered around without being aproached, then went into the office and was ignored. I purchased somehere else but sent an email looking for a quote on a new kicker and install 2 weeks ago and no reply.
Kelowna yamaha and gibbons were quick to respond, i guess boathouse marine doesn't need sales

I had problem with a warranty issue with another boat dealership in Kelowna that was continually left unresolved.
I contacted Smokercraft and they recommended I talk to Boathouse marine in Salmon Arm.

The parts manager at The Boathouse was attentive cooperative friendly and helpful in every way.

I received excellent service that resolved a simple warranty issue that the other dealership refused to address after promising to for 2 years.
In a few weeks the replacement boat cover arrived perfectly fit to the boat.

Bought a brand new pontoon in June 2023. So excited. First time we took it out noticed the rear door was sticking. Had to really pull to open. Called service and Donna said it's probably the hinges on the door. Bring it in end of summer and we will adjust. Sent her pictures of the issue. Summer 2024 pick it up and in the water we go. Same thing. They adjusted and welded the area but no change. Even harder to open. Every time the boat turned the drivers side rear frame twisted. Numerous calls back and forth. Finally felt I wasn't get any answers. Called and spoke to Brian and we set up a met at the warf with himself and a technician. As soon as they saw the video and looked at the boat they realized it was a structural issue. Bring the boat in at the end of season as it has to go back to the manufacturer. Took it in and we hope several things. It gets fixed properly and we have it back before boating season starts.
Very frustrating you spend alot of money on a boat and this happens.
Only other complaint would be when you drop off the boat they take it, move it and cover it. Having some mobility issues make it difficult. Will keep this post updated.
