I was in dire need of a new pair of glasses/sunglasses and have always gravitated towards the Bonlook store when at the Oshawa Center and decided to pop in. I honestly had a great experience with the sweetest sales woman named Jacqueline. Jacqueline made my first experience at Bonlook seamless with her knowledge and guidance throughout the entire process! Jacqueline is so helpful, experienced, and kind! She helped me and my friend both pick out glasses, and she remembered us and our eyeglass choices when we returned another time to make our purchases. Jacqueline's customer service is top notch, and I always come to this store for new eyeglasses. The glasses at Bonlook are gorgeous and there's something for everyone here.

I had a great experience with customer service during my purchase. They helped me choose a pair of glasses that fit perfectly, and they delivered them on time. However, after using them for a year, I encountered a major issue. I used standard off-the-shelf lens wipes, and they left my glasses practically unusable. The warranty on the glasses is limited to one year, but for glasses that cost over $750, I expected them to last much longer. I've never had issues using the same lens wipes on other glasses I own. Disappointed with the durability given the high price.
