They have Great selection of kids clothing and Toys, books,games etc. I also LOVE that they added the teens/ young adult section. It’s like a one stop shop. The staff is kinda so helpful with suggestions.
The selection is so great for a consignment store like blowen away with all the options and it’s so great to know that that it also helps the family's in community out as they get % for there items.
And who doesn’t need the extra help nowadays.

I wanted to share the great experience I had while visiting Boomerang Kids Kanata.
Yesterday I decided to go in with my two-year-old as she no longer wants to be a lion for Halloween and now I’m left with a brand new Halloween costume that she won’t use and a toddler with no costume.

As I entered I noticed the whole store was well organized and clean, I was greeted by one of the associates and was told of the current offers. They gave me ample space and time, nobody was pressuring me, harassing me, watching me, following me, and I thought it was great.

They have a great selection of clothing for all ages, toys, books, accessories, maternity wear I was so happy to find so much and the prices were great.

When I checked out, the cashier was very pleasant, and I asked about selling my baby clothes and she explained to me the whole process and where to go.

My baby was happy with her new books and her new pajama, we will definitely come back.

I absolutely love this place. We've been shopping and consigning with Boomerang since before my daughter was born over 2 years ago. The service has always been amazing. I feel welcomed every single time. There are many other used clothing stores for kids in the area but this place will always have my business and loyalty because of the small business feel and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Monday morning I purchased a pair of shoes from Boomerang Kids and was very happy with my experience. The shoe racks were very neat and well organized. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful in assisting me with finding the right fit for my child. The shoes we purchased were in excellent condition and my child has been wearing them daily without any issues.

Boomerangkids has been my favorite store for over a decade, from maternity , to baby equipment/clothing/books/toys
My kids have grown with boomerangkids since they were born & its thier absolutely favorite store of all times. They have great toys/games/books & what i love the is they go all the way to teen age AND even woman clothing , so a little something for mama too when im shoping 😏!!!!

The staff are always welcoming , friendly & knowledgeable, they are truly amazing !!

The drop off is very easy , quick & love that they donate to great organizations in need.

Today was my first time in any Boomerang Kids Store. The automatic door button was broken, 3 ladies were working & I wasn’t greeted or spoken to until I went to the cash. All of them talking amongst themselves. Other customers came in and no one else was greeted. The store was not really stroller friendly, tight aisles, lots of toys on floor I had to move to navigate around.
Found the selection good and their prices much better than stores like Value Village. When I went to the cash the youngest employee asked in a very quiet voice if I was a member. I said no this is my first time here. She didn’t explain or ask if I wanted membership. I was ready to get out of their so I did not inquire. She seemed scared to talk to customers. I will give this store location another try but will come alone. For a kids store they don’t make it welcoming or easy to shop with your kids.

Just want to start with I don’t know how this store is getting such poor reviews. I started consigning a couple years ago with boomerang kanata and it’s been a great experience! When I need something for one of my children the staff are right there to help you find what you need. Items are priced fairly and the clothes and items in the store are looked over to make sure they are in the best of quality before hitting the floor. The owner and staff are always working as a team to make the location the best it can be. If you need something specific they do their best to find it within the store. Please disregard the poor reviews left for these hard working people and an amazing store.
