Pretty poor ran business. They love to change the way you enter into the yard without letting you know. Then they took a deposit for key cards to enter the yard, but when they changed the way to enter and you return the key card, they don't give back your deposit, and they ignore you. Also, they never do anything for the weeds, and as the summer goes, the weeds end up at 3' to 4' high. They also love to try and charge your credit card without letting you know. There are way better places to store your items. The same owners own City Storage East Side Airdrie.

Absolutely atrocious and unprofessional management. Making threats to customers when they were unable to locate previous payments and verify their books. Following up with inconsistent billing and pricing, harassing customers via text messages and phone calls. Shady activity resulting in stress and concern for damaged belongings stored with this business. -1/10

2022-would no longer recommend. Ownership was bought out, new management raised prices without notifying us. No one was ever on site to be able to talk to. And cancelling was a pain to get a hold of anyone and either unprofessional or left to one poor guy who is managing many lots in Airdrie/Crossfield.
2021-update for a total lack of enforcement for units parking properly is making it harder and harder to maneuver.
2020-Easy access, secure but 24-hr key card access - however I have a beef that you literally have to get out of your truck to open the gate! The panel is on the passenger side (WHYYYY?!) and it has dirt mounded around it so you can’t get close enough to reach even if you have a passenger. Signage is also poor, their name is in one small spot on the office at the entrance, otherwise it’s all generic. “Do I have the right storage lot? I don’t know.” All That being said though, the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to check every detail for you, and it’s very affordable with price breaks for paying up front. A little muddy when wet (not a surprise) and some lanes are tighter than others but nice wide stalls.

The service was good until I tried to leave. In June or July of last year we needed to move to another storage facility and they told us we needed to return the card to a drop box in Airdrie. It was a challenge to find the location and it was a really weird way to do a return.

In March of this year we realized they were still charging us. I called them, the guy said that he would look into it and call me back. He never called me back, I called him again two weeks later and he said he would look into it and call me back. He still hasn’t called me back.

I have called them multiple times and they don’t even pick up now. Seems as if they are screening my calls.

Out of frustration two weeks later, I drove to their location To explain my situation and to ask for a refund. The door is locked and I can’t get in despite it’s saying on Google that they are open.

I am extremely frustrated. Don’t use this company, they will avoid you if there is an issue.

Absolutely garbage place and horrible owners, tried to drop off the card guy started yelling and cursing at me and telling me to shove my card up my moms…. Absolutely disgusting humans running this place, they will screw you in any way, no idea where to return the card threaten to put a lean on my trailer demanding me to drop It off in a instant, they do not have a reminder for of up coming payments they reach out a day late and charge you a late fee, tried pulling my trailer out the day he messaged me to pay for the year and locked my key out and put a boot on my trailer after telling him I would come to remove my trailer that day, in order for me to get my trailer out had to pay a month rate and late fee due to his error, very unprofessional and not maintained at all. Would give zero stars if I could, also told to pull up to where he is working to fight. Also will not pay back my $35 for the key card.

Worst business owner ever. Rude, calling me names, condescending, won’t let you speak, says that people with RVs are white trash that can’t afford real vacations. Refused to give back my deposit on the access card. Said he has my address and would come slash my tires. Then he locked me inside the compound, I had to threaten with the police. Full of mud puddles and weeds are 3 feet high. Go somewhere else, don’t give this guy business

Horrible people to deal with. After cancelling my spot I found they have been double charging my credit card for many months. When asked about it they tried to say I had another spot (which I do not) they won’t produce any paperwork then blocked my number.

Cancel my spot on the 14 of december. My payment was every 24th on the 24th they charged me again for the next month and tried calling many times and texting to get my money back but they ignore. It says message seen. So make sure you dont go at this storage place or if you do cancel youre card right away when youre done.

They are Thieves.
