These guys are absolutely awesome, especially for eV's. I had my vehicle safetied, they explained why the charges and were super honest about everything. I will always go to these guys for my ev stuff going forward. The front desk guy was just awesome. Even though it takes me forever to get there, I trust these mechanics.

Brake and router work along with oil change done on my 2019 Audi Allroad, Not 1K on since then, but no squeaks or rattles. I asked for high quality parts installed and although it took a few extra day, they did great. Quality service and part. Happy with the results, I'll visit again. Great report and no pressure to deal with lesser issues.

Most people in the situation I am in may drop a negative review, but I find that does not appropriately reflect the service you have been given. Service is about care and ownership as well as truth. Out of multiple dealerships and garages I have been to I have been told my car is in "okay shape" and required no service other than basic maintenance at different kilometer ranges. I noticed a clunk in the front of my vehicle and brought it here. Within a few hours of my appointment I received an extremely detailed service report. Unfortunately, this report contained basically the repairs required that would be a strong down payment on a new car. I worked with Stuart who is great. Stuart told me the truth and gave me an overview of my issue. Although, I chose not to complete the work here I feel like my appointment helped uncover what condition my vehicle was actually in. I highly recommend this place.

Sometimes hard to get in touch with. May want to consider putting in an IVR system so you don't lose business.

If I decide to do any minor work I will bring my car here... But right now I'm about to basically rebuild a suspension. Wish me luck 🙃

Very Impressed! After decades of having my vehicles serviced by the dealer, I decided to try this independent garage with a good reputation close to where I live. I was not disappointed.

My 2023 CRV was due for the "B" service which in addition to the oil and filter change involves a significantly enhanced inspection over the "A" service. When making the appointment, I was told that Bourk's do a pretty comprehensive inspection during the regular oil change which was evident after I received the checklist after the service.

My Experience
Unlike the dealer, they have a shuttle. In this case I chose to book an "Wait for it" appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and left about 45 minutes later!

I was pleasantly surprised to see/learn the following partial list of items checked:
-I noticed the car was taken on a test drive before and after service. Nice they check it before and after working on it.
-The wheels were removed to inspect the brakes and measurements were noted.
-Cabin and engine air filters inspected and declared in good condition.
-Battery amperage measured and noted
-Coolant strength measured and noted

I'm very happy to have made the switch to Bourk's and look forward to having my future non-Warranty services done there.
