Hannah was very helpful getting two 8.5x11 sheets of paper printed. They also have self service machines and copiers if you just need standard prints on standard paper, similar to fedex office. The machines have a touch screen pad with a bunch of ways to send in your prints. Great place to print things quickly.

Just went few days ago and asked for information about printing a sticker . And the guy in the printing area was so unpleasant, rude , unprofessional and if I was asking him a favor , when all I was is asking information about , how many days would it take to be ready , if there was a minimum of prints , the measurements of the stickers they could might have etc , etc … I had to reply on the same tone in order to make him respect me . At the end he just said : grab a card and send me your info and I’ll get back to you.

Very disappointed with the recent customer service - the owners were very unresponsive in emails, and then tried to blame me for not calling them when I did infact call + leave a voice message a few days after the initial email. I had also previously replied to the email about the issue I was having, but didn't get a response to that. Such a shame because I've had nothing but positive service previously.

I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff is here at Bow Valley Basics and what a great addition to our community they are! I came in with problem - we had run out of envelopes with return addresses right before we were set to send out 500 letters at 4pm on a Friday. Mark in the printing department saw my stress and helped me get it sorted in less than 20 minutes. His kindness and patience was appreciated and I truly felt they went above and beyond to help me. I will 100% be recommending to my organization that we continue to do business with them moving forward. Sincere thanks again to the whole team for your help and friendly attitudes (and super reasonable prices!)

My family had an urgent need for fixing a decal during a funeral. The only way we thought of doing this fast in our small time frame was to rush over to the nearest store we thought could help. My sister said this store helped so promptly, and gave us a new decal so fast and was so compassionate to what was happening. Thank you so so much.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Luci for everything she's done to get our wedding welcome sign, table seating cards and name tags printed for our wedding in just a few short weeks. She responded quickly, had great design ideas that matched our wedding look perfectly and was super friendly throughout the entire process. The store reprinted my welcome wedding sign no cost as there was a few imperfections. I am so grateful for the work she has done and can't wait to show it off for our big day.

She did not seek advice from a co-worker or even do a computer search. She simply pointed to an isle and said, “All our paper is there.” Then left me to fend for myself
