I had the best experience with staff members while purchasing my dining set at Bowring. From purchase to delivery and set up, I received exceptional customer service! The staff was warm, genuinely caring and overly accommodating! I haven’t received this level of customer care from an establishment in years! I’m am thrilled with my new dining table and chairs! Shout out to the owner and staff for going above and beyond for me!

Atmosphere: It is such a spacious and clean store. The merchandise are well kept and organized to catch the eye. The background music is also subtle and not distracting.

Staff/Service: There aren’t that many staff but they’re available and very helpful.

Products/Prices: The items on sale are very beautiful. This store gives you the vibes of giving your kitchen especially a whole new look because the products are so lovely. Can’t say the same for some of the prices though. Some things are affordable though.

Amenities: It is very much wheelchair accessible. There is an indoor bathroom for customers who make a purchase. That is wheelchair accessible as well. Ample and free parking is also available here.

The best price for household stuff. Very nice interior design and beautiful things. Very nice and helpful staff. Big warehouse with very good verification located in a good location. The number of parking spaces is not a lot but looks enough to me. I highly recommend this store.

Bowring is always my favorite place to visit around the xmas season. It's like visiting a xmas wonderland.
There are so many xmas tress decorated whereby customers can gain ideas for their own tree at home. The ornaments and home decor are a bit on the pricey side, but then they become your family heirlooms. It's really a magical kingdom at Bowring.
The staff are very friendly and courteous, always willing to help out when needed.
This place comes highly recommended, especially if you desire inspiration.

Every time I come to this location Mario is incredibly polite and helpful. I’ve had many situations where I’ve dealt with other employees and experienced several rude ( once where I was sent back l due to a long distance drive and an accident I made it to your location close to closing 8:56 and I had a white female employee shouting at me and didn’t try to process the refund and told me to come back. I explained my drive was over an hour but she said I can’t help you. Another time I had an incident with a refund and I had a south Asian man incredibly rude, I had tapped the wrong card and asked if I can please have a refund and repay. He spent 5 minutes raising his voice and telling me I should have noticed but didn’t want to help with the transaction. I wanted to thank Mario for always being very polite and going out of his way to always make our experience perfect. Here is some of the decor I bought that wouldn’t have looked so beautiful without Mario’s help. Despite the distance and commute to come to this location I love shopping here and it’s customer service that Mario and only maybe one or two other staff members provide that make it a pleasant experience.

Amazing service, items and designs! I had a wonderful staff assist me with my purchase. His advice was valuable and appreciated. I really saved on several items that were floor models that were out of stock/discontinued but overall love the look of home.
