Had an amazing experience when finally getting into my dream car 2021 Dodge Durango RT! My dream car that I even better than what I was initially going for! We came in Wednesday evening to look at it and we drove it home the following Friday afternoon! Originally went in to look at a Warlock on sale for the employee pricing event, but it ended up not being the vehicle for me due to limited towing capacity and a noticable wobble at highway speeds. The sales rep, Joe, was able to suggest another truck for me that did check all the boxes. One month later and I am happy to report the truck is still running beautifully!
Joe was very personable, and listened to me when I explained my needs in purchasing a vehicle. Truck was ready to pick up on time without delays, and all minor repairs that I pointed out and asked for pre-sale were taken care of. Joe even followed up today, a full month after the sale, to make sure I was still happy with my purchase.
Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the trade in value they were willing to give me for my old truck was way too low - I was able to sell my old truck private for double what the dealership offered me.

I decided to trade our older Jeep Wrangler in for a newer model, and braced myself for the normal negotiations and high pressure tactics. To my surprise there was none of that. I was offered a very fair price for my trade in and a good price on the vehicle I had chosen. Joey went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the deal and even gave me some details about an off road club I might be interested in.
