I’m editing my review to give more clarity on why I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. My father had bought me a mug as a gift, and I had found it was cracked about 10 minutes after him buying it. He went back to the shop to see if it could be replaced, but the clerk accused him of dropping the mug. Again, the clerk was a rude piece of work. Sorry I didn’t reach out to you, but I doubt we would’ve come to an understanding. Thankfully my workplace is willing to resolve any problems from customers.

When I used to live in the Bow Valley I loved popping into this store to look around or find gifts. I've since moved to BC but ended up online searching for a replacement necklace(it got lost) that I'd got my best friend a couple years back and remembered that Branches carried jewelry by the same maker. I went onto their website and had a look and was super excited to find the exact necklace I was looking for! It was shipped super fast and arrived in a cute little box and was carefully wrapped. I would definitely order from them online again and if you're in Banff it's absolutely worth a visit!

Walking Banff, It felt a bit like Groundhogs Day with the amount of tourist shops full of the same items repeatedly.

It was a nice reprieve to see local goods and unique items on the shelves and was surprised to see a print that caught my eye. (which is now on my wall)

The only thing I'd recommend is putting some light music on. I remember it being too quiet being the only people in the store.

Great boutique for locally made goods. I remember this store having more variety before, but now seems to have a lot more art/wall-art. Regardless, I really like the foods/dishes section - I purchased some (finishing) salt last weekend, and it's been tasty so far. Will definitely visit again the next time I'm in banff!

Beautiful little store and we had every intention on buying multiple items until the woman working (grey hair almost to her shoulders) snapped at my daughter after touching a pair of earrings. It was so harsh and uncalled for we immediately left the shop. Customer service would get zero stars if I had the option.

We were in Banff this week and stopped in at a lovely store called “Branches”in the Cascade Mall. They have a wonderful selection of merchandise - something for everyone. Pleasant and friendly staff. This is a great store to purchase a gift for someone special or just a little something for yourself. Highly recommend you stop in here.

So impressed with the service I received from Leanne at Branches. Ordering from the UK for a special birthday gift for a relative in Banff. Communication was excellent, and delivery was well organised and prompt. I was really impressed with the personalisation of the gift, Leanne added a card with note from me. The recipient was really happy with their gift and I am really pleased to have been able to support a local business

Branches is a cute little shop in Banff with a variety of unique and locally made gifts and home decor.

I purchased a beautiful mountain themed string art piece for my home. Would definitely return here in the future to find souvenirs to remember my trip by.
